I meant to write this review a year ago, but my phone had problems connecting while we were on the road and then I completely forgot until I planned another trip jist now and decided to book here again. I really don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Our room was clean and lovely, the people up front were so kind and patient when I had problems with my booking, and it was pleasant enough thay I'll be there again in about a week. I'd say, give this place a chance. Sometimes reviews are just inaccurate.

Very reasonable close to all major highways and shopping peaceful and quiet at night room was clean and ready staff couldn’t be nicer I recommend this place to everyone and I will come back again when travel thu again !!!!

Walls are paper thin so it’s VERY loud, spotty wifi, rm 138 has a noisy fridge, sheets don’t fit the bed; parking was full so couldn’t park in front of our unit. Could go on about a few other details but I think I made my point.

We have enough parking spots, and we do not reserve parking spots for each room so sometimes guests will not able to park in front of the room.. Also, the internet speed is 500 Mbps.. However, we will look into these and address your concern to the maintenance team. Our all rooms have GE refrigerator and microwave combo which is the hotel industry's best-rated energy efficient and quite available Thanks again.

Don't believe he pictures online, its a SCAM! We checked into this hotel for a weekend wedding...Our sons! I wasn't expecting much but it is probably the worst hotel We couldn't even unpack, started crying in the caar. Our room has no carpets, two lights, one bedside table, my bedside table is the sofa pushed up against the bed. Its dirty and disorganized. Again, NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE LISTING. Will be expecting a refund and relocating tomorrow. Also, letting the BBB that this place is a scam.

This had to be the most disgusting, deplorable " hotel" I have ever stayed in. I have no idea how it is still in business. Please do not waste your money. I never write reviews but have been so angry at the sheer lack of respect for paying customers that I vowed I would write a review on every possible platform there is so that nobody gets scammed like we did and lose out on $153.00 to stay in the most disgusting room we have ever seen. The smell will blast you in the face as you walk in. The dirt and filth mixed with smoke will take you out. Dirty dingy floors, cracked and chipped furniture, disgustingly stained towels, hair left in the shower, rap music blasting from the adjoining room all topped off with being harassed by a drunk man outside our room. Stay as far away as possible!!!! I warn you! Management could give two flying ***** and won't do anything about it. I reached out twice with no avail and a blatant "you did not complain within 15 minutes" . Biggest regret and waste of money to the scammers that run this place. I hope it shuts down as it should!! I wanted to spend a weekend away with my boyfriend and after getting there they guy tells me there are only double beds ,never booked a double room and he was just rude and told me it is what it is after driving 3 hours I had no choice that to stay in a double room for a romantic weekend, I wish I had read the reviews here before this place sucks and This guy Sony should not be working for people he sure doesn’t know anything about costumer service, sheets had stains everywhere just disgusting

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the inconvenience. You have reserved two rooms with us through BOOKING.COM. One room with King Bed and another with Two Beds. At the front desk, you were arguing that you have reserved two king beds, that were wrong. The hotel / front desk allocates the room as per the reservations. We provided the rooms as per your reservation. The front desk person was very polite and explaining to you to check the reservation. But you did not even listen to him. Stayed on this hotel for 3 nights and one of the worst mistake i ever did. The hotel is dirty and the cleaning staffs are inefficient and old (70+ age) and not interested in any of the work. I am posting few pictures please have a look. 1. The carpets are ultra dirty, disguesting and you cannot walk over them without shoes (please see the attached pic). 2. There are bugs everywhere on the wall, flying, on the carpet (please see attached pic). 3. The cleaning staffs are old (70+ age) and not interested in doing any work. Even after asking multiple times, they didnt clean the carpet. 4. Bed sheet was torn and had holes. 5. The premesis in itself is disguesting and i dont think anyone would stay here. 6. Website advertised Breakfast was included but there was nothing for the breakfast, except stale coffee with whitener. 7. Staffs were impolite and rude. 8. Bathtub was very tiny and small. 9. The rates of the hotel is as good as Hilton or Marriot, simple waste of money. 10. One cosmos pizza place is walkable (thats the only nearby eatery, except dunkin donut and 7/11) and when i picked up the pizza from cosmos, the front desk guy saw me carrying pizza, and then he was rushing to give me pamplet of door derlivery places (not sure if he has any cut :)), thats the only help he did. 11. They do not even give water bottle, you need to buy from the vending machine kept in the front desk which was not functioning.…

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Also, we did not hear from you anything regarding our services. As per your request, our housekeepers did provide a cleaning service during your stay. Also, they changed the linens. The property is an exterior corridor and when the guest keeps the door open for a long that is the only reason that has bugs in the room. We hire our staff without race, color, age, and religion. As long as they perform well, it’s good for customer service. We outsource our linens from another company. Also, there is an instruction given to housekeepers to change the linens on daily basis. Our franchise does not allow us to provide breakfast. We just follow the guideline given by the franchise. For our guest safety, we have temporarily discontinued our breakfast service. We have a standard bathtub that used in all Hotels/Motels in the United States. We have renovated our all rooms bath rooms during pandemic 2020. We did competitive and affordable rates with very good hospitality services. Our front desk always provides all restaurant and take out a place near our Motel so the customer has the option of all different type of food to enjoy during their stay. We are limited service Inn so we did not provide water bottle but we do have a vending machine which always fully functions so guest can enjoy soft drink and water during there stay.

This facility violates COVID 19 Safety Requirements -- the staff at the front desk does NOT wear masks, no hand sanitizers available. The room we were checked into had DIRTY bed sheets covered with pubic HAIR and SPERM stains. We were forced to spend the night in our car out of health and safety concerns. The staff and the manager of the hotel Mr Dilip Patel has refused to refund our money back, he is not answering our calls and emails. Horrible customer services, zero consideration for health and hygiene. This facility has been reported to the NY State Health Department for Violation of COVID Safety Regulations and there is currently an ongoing investigation in place. Avoid this place at all costs!

We apologize for the inconvenience occurred during your stay. We have confirmed with our member of staff that after 5 hours you made a complaint about the stain on the bedsheet. And for the courtesy, we accommodate you to a different room. Our front desk staff never received any complaint about the stain and hair from you during the whole night. As a manager personally I checked the 2nd room and it was absolutely fine except stain on the frame cover. We checked the cameras also and you stayed in the room for the whole night. If you had informed the front desk person at the same time, we could help you out. We did mention all these though email too.

When we came the Hindus who run this place acted friendly. When we got out room I checked the sheets as I always do anywhere I stay and noticed there was hair in it. We complained and they "apologized" to my friend about the bed sheets issue yet as they walked out of the office and back in the looks I was given did not seem apologetic or sincere more rude and angry. As the night went on I checked all the pillows after they gave us "New Sheets" as they said just to find out there are mold on the pillows inside the pillow cases and the sheet were NOT new they had white hair on them now under the pillows meaning A. Sheets were never cleaned or B. The pillow cases were also dirty. The rug also look as If It was not vacuumed. It's not hard to clean I do it for a living. This says alot about how Cleanly these people aren't running a dirty Hotel. I was also bite by something in that room Iv seen the reviews and saw things about bugs. A not Clean facility means all sorts or pigs and parasites NO Thanks! Never again.…
