I can not explain how a Hilton property could let my experience be so awful. I booked a room here for 3 nights and paid $796.79 in advance and in full. A few days before my stay I got an email saying that the property was under renovation so I might be inconvenienced by construction noise between 9am and 5pm. I didn't love hearing that but I already paid for the trip and had planned events with friends there, so I went. The first morning I went into the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth, use the toilet, etc. but there was no water! I went to the lobby with my toothbrush and asked if there was a restroom with a sink in the lobby I could use. They said sorry, no the water is shut off for the entire hotel until 5 pm. Again... whaaat? So l had to drive to a gas station to use the bathroom. So gross. If only I had booked a nice hotel room somewhere, right? I had an event to go to at 5 pm that evening so I had to go without having had a shower. I did stop at a fast food restaurant to use their sink to brush my teeth again. The folks at the front desk were nice and almost guaranteed that Hilton properties would give me a refund for at least one night. They urged me to call and explain and let Hilton make it right with me. So when I got home I did just that. After a week I received an email stating that my room was paid in full in advance under a "no refunds" policy. Honestly, I thought the "no refund" policy was aimed at last minute cancellations, not the room being uninhabitable. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Hilton for the awful experience and the awful customer service resolution I was given. Do better Hilton. …

Rooms nice size for family of four and great location if visiting Legoland. Friendly and accommodating staff. Indoor pool available with reservation which I liked for social Distancing. Microwave and fridge in the room Is convenient with children.

We stayed at this location, was extremely close to the NY shopping outlets . Upon checking in the employee was friendly, but did not mention our Diamond status , she asked if we wanted our complimentary drinks, should have been readily available. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, but was and is in dire need of a big upgrade/facelift. Carpets were stained , wallpaper in bathroom was falling off the walls , the heating system was loud and never hit the temperature to shut off . The walls behind the doors had holes in them , I guess from prior rough guest . They must have had a water pipe burst in the morning, they had fans blowing all over the first floor and drop ceiling was missing exposing the wires of the building, the lounge area had plenty of tables and chairs and some couches, but unknown to us the couches took on water from the pipe leak and we all sat down to wet seats. Soaking out pants. The breakfast was typical Hilton food . Employees and staff were friendly. Hopefully they remodeled this location soon , we would like to revisit the location In the future.…

A lovely location with amazing staff. 15 minutes from campus. This is our choice every year for the West Point Gymnastics Open. The rooms are clean, the pool is open, and the breakfast buffet usually opens early. Staff are helpful, friendly, and a joy both before and during a stay.

Excellent service from entire staff/ breakfast / clean rooms/ very accommodating. This was a challenging week long stay as I was assisting family member recovering from month long hospital stay. The Hotel was very flexible as my arrival dates changed several times, booked me perfect handicap access room, everyone so professional!

Clean room. Good service. Decent breakfast. The staff working the breakfast was hustling!!! They were so buys, but pleasant and trying to make sure that nothing ran out for guests. The room didn’t have USB or USB-C ports . . . so make sure you bring chargers. Zach at the Front Desk was very professional and helpful. I do wish the hotel was dog-friendly though. :(

This place is disgusting. I paid $300 a night because it was Black Friday. The shower was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I travel here often for work and will never stay here again. Although location is convenient that is about all the hotel has going for itself. Travel a little farther to the Fairfield Inn in Goshen. Clean and half the price.

We rolled up the the Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury off the back of several nights across different Hilton hotels, upon walking in, a big and very excited family wedding party were all in front of us, and a couple of families behind, no problem for us. They had one staff member on check-in, with at least 3 groups to check in, apart from the wedding. I can honestly say in decades of working in major events and hospitality, we have never seen such magical service, as that given by Meghan. Meghan made sure EVERYONE was happy. Meghan made EVERYONE feel special (this is not training, she is a natural), whilst simultaneously working the check-in process with her hands. Meghan even discreetly gave us a nod to come to the front of the queue, as we have Gold Honours, which we happily passed on, such was the fantastic atmosphere she was creating. This in what is normally a grumpy situation for us guests. All this people care was happening, without anyone knowing. Our own turn at the counter made us happy and laugh out loud, thanks to Meghan, as she did for the remainder of our stay. We noticed the same treatment being given to everyone who passed by, guests or colleagues. Nothing was any trouble, and the respect she gives others simply makes things run better! My husband and I had a wonderful stay. My husband being paralyzed was well accommodated. The room was spacious and very accessible. The large fridge and microwave was definitely a added plus!! The staff was helpful and friendly! A special thanks to Cathy the manager and Meghan at the front desk that easily got us a wheelchair taxi to the city, the driver Larry was so amazing! They also always asked if we needed help and offered a helping hand unloading our medical equipment from my vehicle which I truly appreciated. Cathy and Meghan definitely went above and beyond to making our stay so lovely. Naomi the night shift worker at the front desk was also a delight! The complimentary breakfast area was so convenient and the morning staff were very accommodating! the blueberry muffins are delicious! I will definitely be returning back to this hotel and will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends. A perfect location for a easy commute to the city and right next to Woodbury commons.
