We have stayed here two years in a row and the inn is spotless. Our bed and room was comfortable and all the rooms seem very pleasant and quiet. The front porch is a lovely place to chat as are the inside areas. Breakfast is served between 8 and 8:30 and was very nice. The owners, Steve and Elyse, love...

We had a terrific time at the McKinley House B&B in Clayton, NY, and highly recommend staying here. We were in the Calamut Room. It's bright, airy, and very nice size. It does not have a in suite bathroom, but we had a private bath down the hall and this was not a problem. The B&B is very quiet, extremely...

My fiance and I stayed here for 1 night (we couldnt stay for 2). Thought the house was charming. The room we stayed in was on the first floor and it was very clean, comfortable and furnished well. The owners were just as friendly as can be. The breakfast was delicious. I am a very picky eater so for those...

This was our first stay in a bed and breakfast! We were so impressed with the immaculate cleanliness, the beautiful historic house, but mostly the great friendly atmosphere we encountered with Kathy, the staff member, as well as the other guests that stayed for the weekend. Kathy gave us ideas to do for our weekend adventure and listened to us...

What a lovely stay we had here. Beautiful town, beautiful place, and friendly and helpful staff/owners. This place has everything you would need or want from a traditional B&B! The only things lacking for us was a tv in the room for a rainy evening and coffee in the lobby if you are an early riser before breakfast. However this...

I would recommend staying at the McKinley House if you are planning on visiting the Clayton area. It is a beautiful home and the pictures on line do not give justice to the size the rooms actually are. The rooms are clean and quaintly decorated. There are no TV's in the rooms, but there is a flat screen in one...

What an unexpected, most pleasant time we had on our way to Quebec City. Since our total drive time to QC would have been nine hours, we decided to split it up and looked for a B&B that was about 1/2 way there. We settled on the McKinley House in Clayton, N.Y. We had a quiet and comfortable room on...
