Hotel is kids friendly and my apos enjoyed the amenities in the lobby and in our floor and of course the pool. Le Charme has the widest corridor among hotels we've stayed in and is perfect for the small bikes. It is also duty-free shopping friendly and the wives love it. One downside though: limited tables and seats in the resto and yet management allows some guests to reserve their tables to the detriment of guests who are already waiting outside. Suggest you strictly implement a first come-first served policy. Buffet line-up can stand improvement.

We stayed in Le Charme with 2 young children and unfortunately left some of their clothes in our room when we checked out. I called the hotel a week after realizing the clothes were missing. The guest services was able to locate our items quickly and they shipped it to me on the same day. Excellent customer service!

It was really good. The room was big, my 2-year old have enough space to run on... the pool was warm to swin in even if it was already night. The staff were all so nice. Loved the location. It was absolutely awesome!

The rooms were okay but needs to improve on the smell (smells a bit old on the suite room), the TV entertainment options (cable channels are different on rooms) and more on food choices (both on available menu and quality). Also, asked me to already settle the full amount BEFORE WE CAN CHECK-IN (unlike other hotels), you should also be ready to provide the customers with their change on the day you are asking for payment (not on the day of check-out).

Room was very spacious and clean. However, the breakfast buffet was very plain and blant. Fruits are not fresh, the desserts served were not even chilled. Servers are not even familiar with the menu. Would probably give a 6/10 for the overall breakfast buffet experience.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are all courteous. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on and a very nice bathroom. My husband and I really had a nice stay. My ratings would have been excellent if they provide us a new set of bath robes and towels.
