Location is near eateries, fuel stations. Place is quite isolated but quiet. Rooms are big but fixtures need repair. Bidet is leaking, sink drain has issues. You have to request the staff to make up the room. No WiFi. Parking area is far from the rooms although you can bring the car to load and unload. Pool is clean. Security...

Subic Holiday Villas is the perfect place to stay-in after touring Subic. It has a lovely facade which is such an inviting feeling for all travellers to have a rest after such an exhausting adventure. The only problem: Hard to locate since it is located along the highway, but you have to pass under a bridge. Things I like: ●Rooms...

I just came home from subic attending a workshop. We stayed here just for two days. We got a room (good for 4 pax) at villa enrique and it was really spacious for me and my two workmates. It has 2 bathrooms, both with hot and cold water shower, ref, microwave, aircon (3 units in total), tv (still CRT and...

We spent our company convention there this february and things were stolen from us. A laptop, a dslr camera and cash. There is no CCTV footages and the security was really terrible. Such a bad experience.

We spent New Year in Subic, Philippines. You can rent the whole villa and party all night. Oct 31 you can spend your mornings at networx jet sports and go jet skiing, and on New Year's eve at the same place is the count down where 20minutes fire works takes place.

We booked the two bedroom suite on 11/25-11/26 good for 4 pax as our venue for Thanksgiving bonding with family and friends. Naturally my 2 year old girl enjoyed the swimming pool despite the morning drizzle. The rain failed to dampen our happy spirits as we frolicked on the huge swimming pool. The place is away from the hustle bustle...

I stayed at the Subic Holiday Villas for 8 days in November 2016. I was checked in to room 106 on the ground floor. It had no hot water and there was a damp smell in the room. The aircon sounded like a tank. The staff where helpful and the room issue was resolved. I was relocated to the 2nd...

The swimming pool is definitely the attraction of the Villa. The internet connection was really bad and you cannot connect inside the rooms. The room is okay so is the restroom. It is ideal if you want to stay at a quiet place but they also have a room for entertainment.
