We are fans of Hampton Inns. We had a good two day stay at this location, as it was convenient to our time in the area. We checked in and out on the app. It was easy and the cell phone acted as the room key. We had little interaction with the front desk, as a result. We did go there to ask for more towels and they were brought by promptly and for a bottle of conditioner, as it was left empty. We could not put the conditioner bottle into the wall system they have, so we were not able to use it and left it in the tub for it to be dealt with after we left. We also went to the front desk to make sure that our check out showed up on their end. The woman at the counter was not warm and friendly, but did answer our question. We were told if we wanted a paper receipt to check out at the front desk, otherwise you will get an email with a receipt. No big deal, we just wanted to make sure the check out worked, as we had never done so in that manner before. Room was fine, clean and pretty up to date in terms of decor. AC worked really well. Fridge was super quiet. Hotel noise level was low, except for the first night a group came in late and they were talking in the hallway on and off for a bit. But that is not the hotel's fault, just people not being respectful that it was after 11 pm. The food selection was nice both days, but the eating area was very cramped and not conducive to one in our party who had to use a wheelchair. We brought that person food in the room. Not ideal, as we would have liked to eat together, but the wheelchair would have blocked the few areas that it could have been placed and we did not want to do that. We were not able to get a handicap accessible room. That was fine until it came to the bathtub. Very difficult for someone with mobility issues. I would not stay there again if there is no handicap accessible room available. With all of this said, we did have a good stay and the fact that there was a really good place to eat on the corner of the street (and a new Mexican Restaurant in the works) those will be good draws for a future stay. Oh - maybe add a few more handicap spots outside the front of the hotel. There are only two spots to the left of the front entrance.

This hotel was a last minute switch due to an error from my work booking. Hotels were full in the area and this one, despite calling numerous times, never answered their phone. Somehow i was rebooked here and upon arrival found the entire entrance and lobby under construction, with workers still working at 5:30 pm when i walked in. I was also told the gym was closed due to construction (the one amenity I typically use).
The room I got was on the 4th floor. When entering I noticed a large raisin on the floor in the doorway which prompted me to look around to see how well it was cleaned. Appeared ok until I opened the mini fridge to put some items in and found the previous persons food still in there. Called the front desk, no answer. Went back down and was told the only other room open was on the first floor. Reluctantly I took it and regretted it very much that night. The coffee stains on the desk area were mild compared to the construction tools that continued until 8:15 pm in the lobby, which was very noticeable in my room down the hall. After those finally stopped, the crashing of construction debris in the metal dumpster outside my window did not stop until 10:15 pm.
Hilton often does text messages to ask you how your stay is going and give it a rating. I was honest with the construction feedback and lack of quality customer service when my room was found not fully cleaned and never received any type of response back.
I do not plan to return to this hotel again.

Big thanks to Aneela and her staff for making challenging travel just that much easier. This Hampton Inn offers a shuttle to and from the Albany airport with friendly service all day long, including early in the morning and late at night. The room is typical of a Hampton Inn and perfectly satisfactory for a short stay. Breakfast is basic, but coffee is hot and strong so what else do you need? We are grateful to the entire team at this hotel for taking good care of us both before and after very long days of travel.

I would like today that I got some much needed rest. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cozy and welcoming.I am a person that is very big on lighting and having enough plugs and outlets for things you have to take along with you such as if you have more than one phone or laptop. My husband and I were able to bathe comfortably in a bathroom where a bathtub was provided along with a shower. I also love mirrors which I was able to see my complete attire. We were displaced from our home because of the storm but we found this place feeling right at home.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I like that there is an outdoor patio with comfy cushioned chairs and a firepit. I sat outside with my morning coffee. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were nice. The shower/tub had pump shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Can't go wrong with Hampton Inn.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Hamptons, including this one several times over the past few years, and they’ve usually been comfortable, but this stay was absolutely awful.
The hotel is in rough shape. The parking lot is completely full of potholes, some of which are really deep. The hotel should pay for new shock absorbers. Water leaked into the lobby from upstairs - really poor maintenance.
We had one room for nine nights, and one for four, and got housekeeping service in ONE room only ONE time! We requested cleaning after three nights and were told it would happen, but it never did. It didn’t happen after four nights either. The one room got cleaned once after five nights only when we paid the housekeeper cash.
The gym is a tiny joke. There’s a sign on the one, single treadmill saying it’s been out of order since December, and we commented regarding this problem in our review to Hilton about this hotel earlier this year. The water cooler in the gym was out of water with a sign saying to go to the front desk to get water. That’s a huge pain, and then when we went to the front desk, we were told we had to pay $1.50 per bottle of water because of “new management.” What a rip off!
Every time we went to the front desk, we had to wait a few minutes for somebody to emerge from the back room. Poor service!
We put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door (there was none in the room - we had to ask the housekeeper for one) the night after attending my mother’s funeral, and the housekeeper knocked on our door the next morning saying we had to leave by 11 am. When we asked the front desk about check-out time, they said in was noon. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
Oddly, we received no guest survey about this stay from Hilton as we normally do, so this site is the only place we’re registering this complaint. This stay was not only disappointing, it was a disaster, at a time we really needed a comfortable stay. We feel like we were completely taken advantage of by a brand we normally trust. It feels like everybody who works at this hotel has simply given up.

I airport parked here and they closed at 10:30 pm!!! The add says 24/7. I had to pay a taxi to get there for my car. So above the price I paid the Hampton was the taxi and the aggravation of doing that.
DON'T park there!! Next fliight I will be going to the airport economy parking, only $6 a day and DEFINTELY 24/7!!!

No I am sorry we are not pet friendly.
I didn't do that but I would call ahead. They do have a shuttle.
The Wolf Rd location is less than 3 miles/ 10 minutes by car from the Albany Airport. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from. If this is not acceptable there are a few more hotels in the area. Safe Travels
