The photos in the add must be from some years back. The room seemed to be clean but the outside is worn and tired. Lots of trash in the bushes and around the doors. They have several monthly renters living in the units around our room. The photo in the add shows 2 photos of coffee and rolls. Take it down from the site, no coffee or rolls to be found at front desk.

We booked this hotel for a quick stay overnight on our way out of town. We booked solely on the cheap price with no/low expectations. The room was older but very clean, the bathroom was quirky in a good way and showering was actually a pleasant experience. Close to everything and walkable to many things. A pleasant surprise!

Great stay. Nice motel. Clean ,comfortable. Big screen T.V. Fridge and microwave. Front desk nice and accommodating. 10 minutes to downtown Albany. $47 through Priceline. Quigley's Bar down the road has the best wings.

I stayed at this Inn for almost 3 weeks. The price was right, room was cleaned daily and the staff could not have been nicer. Don't over pay at those high priced hotels off of I90, head a couple miles down the street to this inn. You'll be happy you did.

Booked this place to stay for a wedding a few miles away. Excellent price. THe outside was a mess. Litter all over cigarette butts and shopping cards all around. The room had an unpleasant oder. THe sheets had a number of rust stains. Called the 800 number and got my money back.

Filthy, Dirty, Nasty and Grimy. Just a few of the ways to describe this dump. Shameful and stealing money for a disgraceful place. I never seen a more seedy hotel. It was a bad experience as soon as I stepped into the lobby. Only got worse once I made it into my hellish room. This ones is for sure a Nightmare Hotel for sure. Just look at the photos and you will save your money.

Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Motel staff are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff is courteous and thorough - daily room cleanings. Desk personnel are very responsive to requests. I enjoyed my stay at America's Best Value in and will continue to do so. It truly is the best place to stay in the area!

I have had long commutes for work and have had to stay over for early meetings, storms and such - on multiple occasions. I have been very pleased every time. The rooms are clean and location is convenient to great restaurants & amenities. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Good choice. ~Larry D.

I started working at one of the area hospitals and chose Americas Best Value Inn to stay at because of it's price for my 4 night stay. That was October 20, 2014. I've been coming back each week for my stay. The room is clean, fresh towels each day. Plenty of hot water and very quiet. The management has given me the same low rate I paid my initial week each and every week with no questions or argument. My only complaint is the free wifi is choppy when usage is high. I'd 100% recommend this motel for anyones stay. I'm still booking my work week at this motel and will continue to do so.

The price here was so reasonable that I was a bit skeptical, but my fears were unfounded. Everything was just fine. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but it was clean, comfortable and convenient. The bathroom was old, but very clean - it was evident to me that a lot of remodeling had been done. Brand new carpet and new wallpaper (although it was peeling in spots.) The air conditioning worked well (once I set it, I never had to touch it again) and it was quiet! I was traveling with my dog, and was pleased to be welcomed here - as a bonus, there was a lovely, big back yard to play with my dog. (And there was a great diner down the road.) I would happily return should my journeys take me this way again.
