We only stopped here for one night as were traveling through the area, so my review is based on a one night stay. The staff was very friendly at check in. The hotel seemed very quiet and the room was spotless. My only complaint was the bed was a little on the hard side for my taste, but that may...

Situated near many eateries in the heart of a business district, this hotel was really nice. We usually stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott but this was the only place available at the last minute with the rate we desired (retired military). Everything about this hotel is excellent and the free breakfast is better than at the Fairfield with greater...

We booked Springhill Suites. I loved the modern layout. It had a very soothing color pallate of different shades of green. The living room area accommodated a sleeper couch, a comfortable chair and a coffee area complete with a mini fridge. What also was impressive was the room we had in the shower area. The sink, shower and toilet areas...

I had to change a reservation at the very last minute due to car trouble. The staff that I spoke with was very friendly and understanding and changed my reservation without hesitation (or cancellation fees)! The hotel itself was up to date and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very good hotel if you have more than one or two people. As the name suggests, It is an all suites facility. Breakfast was good. Location is just out of town so easy to access things in the area. We were there for Syracuse's Irish Festival and it was easy to get there and back.

I have never, in all of my years of traveling, met such friendly staff as at this hotel! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was immaculate and staffed by a wonderful woman named Mary who saw to our every need. And she was so kind! I will definitely stay at...

We went to the hotel with a grandson and the layout of the room gave us the privacy we needed. There was a king bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was roomy and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was appealing with eggs, sausage and fruit.

Was a good experience. Very clean and friendly staff. Room was okay. Could be laid out a little better but the bed was comfortable. Free wifi worked well throughout the hotel. The free breakfast was satisfactory. There is a pool and gym in the hotel.

Hotel is relatively new and located in a small corporate park type area. Good base hotel for visiting Syracuse U .... about a ten minute drive from the university, and much less expensive than staying in Syracuse proper. Rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Good Springhill Suite. The rooms are well furnished with plenty of room to spread out. The fitness center could use a few more pieces of equipment - only one treadmill, one elliptical and one sad bike. The breakfast was very good.
