The rooms are clean and tidy. The reception staff and the maintenance staff are both very cordial and helpful. I recommend staying here. My husband and I have been here for a week while I undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The staff are always friendly and smiling, asking and seeing that we have everything we need. We’re going to be here for another 6 weeks and I’m glad we’re here.

The manager Amanda is doing a fabulous job. Whenever I need something she is always there. She is a sweet heart. She is the best person that this hotel has. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The front desk is absolutely professional! Witness a very angry Spanish lady whom she booked her reservation online and was demanding the front desk manager to acknowledge the rate. Which was not a good way to speak in that matter if she would’ve been nice maybe it would have been acknowledged. Besides that my stay was absolutely great!! Workers are terrific!! And they mention and grab and go breakfast which they made very clear! I’d definitely recommend this place !! Hospitality was great!!!

First things first: this hotel seemed clean and felt safe (as long as you didn't try to cross the street on foot). Those are the most important things. But other than the kitchenette (complete with fridge that really didn't keep anything cold), it didn't feel any different from a Super 8. Other than it costs about 50% more.

We stayed at this hotel for multiple nights during a recent road trip. Because we will be returning to the area for an extended time later in the summer, we were hoping this "extended stay hotel" would be a good spot to "live" during our lengthier stay. That will not be the case!! We will never return! The prior reviews we read on Trip Advisor were simply not true except for comments about the staff - who were very nice and tried to accommodate the guests. But, several very important issues made this a terrible stay. First, the location of the hotel is awkward at best. It sits immediately adjacent to a busy thoroughfare and you cannot make a left turn when leaving the hotel forcing you to make some other maneuver to go in the direction of your destination. The traffic in front of the hotel is beyond busy! Second, parking is only available in an adjacent garage. The garage is dingy, smells and is filthy - garbage on the ground and garbage cans overflowing. The elevator that takes you from the garage to the ground floor and the entrance to the hotel smells - we even experienced people walking out of the elevator smoking. The walkway between that elevator and the entrance to the hotel was often populated by unsavory people smoking and drinking - the walkway was also filled with garbage. Third, while the guest room itself was adequate - we had to have a lamp fixed and a refrigerator replaced - we were surprised the rooms weren't checked out before guests checked in. Fourth, there is really no space to unload a car and bring stuff into the hotel. We figured out how to do so but it wasn't easy. Bottom line - we won't stay there ever again.…

I was blessed to find a room, but I would have left with or without a refund to find alternative accommodations in any other instance. The staff was super friends, and the entrance seems clean and presentable. The elevator and hallways were clean, and the smell was acceptable. However, as soon as you entered the room, the smoke order hit you like a wall. All the floors in the room were sticky, from the carpet to the bathroom. The carpet next to the bed had burn marks which is a clear indicator of a smoking room. The cleaning person left the windows open, but it didn't help. After being in the room for an hour, my wife was itching all over, discovered a bite mark on her leg, and later found some type of bug on her inner thigh. Super friendly staff, but I would recommend that you stay away until they address the issues.…

Everyone here was great! The manager always made sure we had what we needed and always checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. Everyone at the hotel knew us by name and took excellent care of us! Cleaned our room at least once per week. If anything was not working right, it was fixed right away! I honestly do not have a bad thing to say. There was a nice parking garage out back. A nice little diner across the street we walked to at least 1-2x per week. Check out their greek salad! YUM

In the stunning part of NY State , not far from Tarrytown, Nyack, this is a perfect place to stay when you want to have privacy, but have many comforts of home at a great price! Especially during COVID-19 and virtual life, quite a bit is open for your convenience and it is easy ,if you don't have a car, to get Lyft/ Uber to get you to where you want to go easily. It also is not far from Metro North Railroad .You can get to NYC sometimes from White Plains or Tarrytown n an express train. Trains express can take you to Manhattan in about 30 minutes or if are not in a rush maybe 40 - hour. Staff are phenomenal. They will help you with absolutely anything and always have a smile on their faces! They are sure to make sure masks are with at all times, hand sanitizer everywhere, and, if uncomfortable with cleaning of your room, they understand that too. So, I highly recommend this property!…

I stayed there to wait for my apartment to be finished. The room was spaceous with a full equipped kitchen, very clean. The best of the place is the staff: everyone I met or talked to was very friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter when or what - these guys do an excellent job. If you want an affordable and comfortable place to stay in the NYC area and don't need to be "in the city" - this is your choice.

Extended Stay Elmsford, NY is a excellent location to stay long term. The hotel team are efficient, professional, and courteous. My client stays at this location every year during the summer months. Every year the hotel management team goes above & beyond to make my client feel safe & secure. I have to give a Big Plug to hotel staff, Amanda, Dasia, & Will ( front desk staff). Kevin (Maintenance Staff) & Freedie (housekeeping). I would highly recommend this establishment to people who need to stay long term or even a short stay.
