Not too bad. Faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the whole building - hallways and room. But it's not overpowering and you get used to it. There was no hairdryer or facial tissues provided in the room (I need both often) so that's my only real ding. A couple of things need work like the bathroom light fixture that was hanging outside of its socket and the room curtain that was clipped together to hold it shut. But it had a fridge and brand new utensils in the drawer. The room was clean and quiet.

Worst experience I've had booking through Hotels.com. This location had a "high" guest rating it in no way deserves. It is a former Econo Lodge being transitioned into an extended stay facility. Outward appearance is "rough" with shopping cart full of trash bags near door, broken air conditioning units laying in stairwell, etc. While room was clean, and will be well equipped in the future (3/4 size refrigerator, full size microwave, preparation area with sink), tv/cable currently not functioning, wifi not functioning, etc. We were given opportunity to change rooms, but none we saw were functioning any better. We chose to leave. Fortunately the hotel allowed us to cancel our reservation. This was a family trip with teenagers and young children, (we were staying in 3 rooms) so not having tv and wifi was a big deal. Might be ok in 6 months, but the place is not somewhere my family will stay in present condition.…
