We stopped here for only a overnight stay to break up a long car ride. It was perfectly fine for a one night stay. The hotel room looks outdated and somewhat old, but everything was functional. We appreciated the fridge and the free breakfast and free cookies. All the staff was very friendly, especially the lady who oversaw breakfast. Make sure you tip her for her hard work.

We found this hotel completely adequate for our overnight needs. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. We found a restaurant nearby for dinner. The staff was very helpful with my one concern of the door to the outside back broken. They assured me there were cameras there. I wasn’t too sure at first because of the location at first. Our room was on the thruway side but was not noisy.

The location is nice. You can hear the trucks pass by from the hotel room. When they put on the air-brakes, you wake up. Nice breakfast! It also has a bar and a place to order food. The receptionist Karina was very nice. I wish all receptionist were like her.

Vending machines that accept coins and cards also Apple Pay. There’s an atm next to it if needed for the day. The parking lot wraps around to the backside where you’re met with a view of the open highway and a local labor union which has a beautiful ascetic. The rooms furnishings were more than applicable for our time. The standard 2 queen has a mini fridge microwave combo. The hotel is located in a ideal place but odd numbered rooms face an extremely busy highway (I didn’t mind) the recessive lighting is a really nice vibe too (in room)

This review is long overdue as I was fortunate to stay here for a long stay this winter. Measures to protect you and overall practices were the best I have seen. This property deserves 4 stars because the sincerity of the staff to ensure you are cared for is very high and the property is meticulously maintained and updated.

My wife and I stayed here last night this place is very nice and all the furnishings in the room has been updated and they look really nice.
The room was comfortable in the bed was nice to sleep in.
The shower was great and it was plenty of towels the room is clean.
The front desk staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions.
I was a little disappointed this morning because the girl that was at the breakfast Area was not wearing a mask.
And I believe we need to do this for our own safety and their’s

Room had fruit flies in it from the second I walked in. The room has a musty odor. Hot tub is Luke warm and breakfast is less than desirable. There was one person at the front desk who had a nice personality. I was woken up at 530 am by a woman walking down the hall yelling "everyone up".

This is a very accessible hotel and easy to find. The front desk staff clerk was friendly and helpful, and that is saying something considering how late it was when I arrived. I appreciated the clean, quiet room. Not a fan of the breakfast choices at all and would be glad to see this chain upgrade the meal selection. But worth staying here. Recommend.

First time in Albany and this was the perfect spot to start with it. Nice hotel with a great room with a lot of space and it was very clean. We also had a a good service by the employes because we had many questions. The hotel is not too far in car fron the downtown.

I stayed here because it was close to I-87. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. There’s a bar/restaurant onsite. The beer was reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is I could hear the traffic.
