Lovely place by the river, with nice traditional furniture, divided in two zones (pub & restaurant). The menu features a vast choice of beers, plus delicious food as sandwiches and other dishes (smoked salmon and fish&chips were great). Very friendly personnel and appropriate prices.

Decided to stay here due to visiting Thorpe Park for my boyfriends birthday and we didn't fancy the drive back towards Oxford late at night after Fright Night so booked here due to it being very close and a bit quirkier than the standard hotel. It was great, didn't disappoint. Lovely views of the Thames and the atmosphere was very...

This is a really good place to stay, drink & eat watching the river traffic slowly go by. The décor is a little tired but quite ok & means charming rather than modern. Staff all rather good. We will be back.

not a great experience, the staff were friendly but the food was terrible. location was great to get the car back to Heathrow airport. Old building that needs some renovation. quite pretty from the outside. offered to bring bags up the stairs but no one ever around when we went looking. Only person to check us in was on a...

I came to the Swan for the official launch of the Thames Side Brewery. Food was provided by the Swan, which consisted of Fuller's excellent mini pies. The pub itself is a delight, with its riverside setting and gardens. Inside the pub is warm and welcoming with several rooms taking in the Thames views. I would happily go there another...

Great character hotel with the age of the pub going back to the 16th century, I believe. Staff provides friendly responsive service and food quality is excellent. A little nosy with the pub activity but to be expected given the age. Less than £10 Uber to the airport so perfect location.

We meet up with our friends for Sunday lunch.A bit disappointed with the warm food, but we had hot veggies and gravy, why was it not all hot.We all had a dessert, but again disappointed as 'Eaton mess' normally has meringue it, this had none. The bill was charged at restaurant prices,in other words overpriced. The place could do with a face lift,as looking...

We enjoyed our stay and may well return in the future, the hotel is in a great location. with good views of a very busy river Thames. We were lucky with the weather as our stay was in October, warm enough to have a drink outside. Food was excellent and the service very good. Our bedroom was overlooking the river...

Its old. They know this and they use it as a bit of an excuse. It looks good and the ground floor pub and outside is good. If you didn't sleep there you'd go back. I slept. Firstly because you are above the pub its quite noisy until it closes. The floor creaks - a lot and the shower was...

Hi, Sorry to hear about your experience at the Swan, about the noise outside unfortunately there is nothing we could do. Opposite us there is a night club and when people are leaving the club, at 1pm they, sometimes can be quite noise. Floor creaks! the building is over 300 years old, but the good news we are going to...

This hotel is very quaint with a beautiful river view. Easy to walk to shops, dining and cinema. Because the building is so old the floors squeak and the walls are very thin so it can be noisy. Mattress could be replaced so that you don't tilt into the center of the bed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I will...
