Just stayed here for 2 nights. Really good. Comfy, clean, warm welcome from Kuldeep on reception. Ate at the restaurant which was Asian food and faultless. Very tasty and lots of it. This is a very good hotel , central and walking distance to Staines for buses and trains. Best of all a super large private car par. Maybe 60 cars here which is great for peace of mind. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits, yogurts etc and a lovely buffet hot breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 2 nights as we were off to Thorpe Park! We stayed in the Boleyn Suite with our 2 kids - large very comfy bed for us and a sofa bed and additional bed for the kids. Lots of space and a TV in each of the separate areas. We all slept very well and the room was very warm. Safe, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer were all in the room. Bathroom was immaculate with a great shower in the bath, lovely toiletries and lots of towels provided. Ample parking in the walled hotel car park. Breakfast was very good - a choice of cereals, croissants, yoghurts, chopped fruit, fruit bowl and a variety of cooked options including a full English. Service was quick both mornings and we couldn’t fault it. The location is amazing - a walk across the bridge leads you straight to all the shops and restaurants. We went to the cinema one night and ate in TGI Fridays. It’s literally a 5 minute drive to Thorpe Park - amazing!! Also we must mention The Swan - the pub across the road which sits on the banks of the Thames and is a lovely welcoming pub!! Highly recommend this fabulous hotel!

Stayed one midweek night as on business in the ares. Room was comfortable but could certainly not be classed as an exective suite as advertised. Televsion was linked to the internet and simply the internet is so poor the televion did not work. restaurant was closed in the evening as was the bar. Towels in the room were old and worn out. no staff to ask for assistance and noisy along corriodors. There must be better places to saty in the area for the price charged.

Great nights rest. I’m walking the Thames Path with my son and chose this hotel as an over night stay. Was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, staff were friendly, room was quiet and the breakfast was great. English and continental options. I would 100% stay again.

Good stuff: nice big car park, clean room, quiet area, breakfast freshly cooked, good heater/air con. Bad stuff: no control over people smoking (they were all hanging out outside my bedroom window), wifi is painfully slow (when will hotels realise this is as important to a business traveller as hot water?), the corridors are not carpeted so there is no sound deadening and you can hear every footstep, hard to find anyone if you need anything, evening meal options are limited (very Asian oriented). I’d stay again for convenience but you can’t work from this hotel as the wifi and mobile signal are both poor (one of which the hotel could easily resolve). I take a star off for this alone.

Met with friends to watch 6 Nations and a meal nearby. Rooms were clean, a good size with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was fine and large car park a bonus in London. Very good location being near Heathrow and close to the Thames/ central London.

We stayed one night as it was very convenient for T5 the next day for an early flight. Very clean and a great price. There is secure parking around the back of the hotel as the front has timed restrictions. The best part about the hotel is that it has an one site curry restaurant which very good.

Had our 'walking group' Christmas dinner today at the Boleyn. There was over 40 of us, yet the food was hot, plentiful and served with friendliness and efficiency. All enjoyed the meal. Well done to the kitchen staff and servers and no hesitation in recommending the Boleyn for others to enjoy the food and service.

Beds comfy, room fairly clean but lots of hairs in the bathroom, restaurant and bar area very cold! Breakfast was very good but coffee not so much, car park secure and the hotel is very convenient for the town centre, just 5 minutes walk, hotel is in a nice setting

My wife and I stayed at the Boleyn for 2 nights as my birthday treat, bugs sorry to say it was not a treat, we arrived early and could not find any one in the hotel, eventually we found some one in the kitchen, and he said our room will be ready in half an hour so we went for a walk along the Thames, when we arrived back at the hotel we were given a key card for room 210, when we walked in we were greeted by a very small room after further inspection we were disgusted to find poo stains near the rim and seat broken the room was very dirty. I complained to reception , after a while we were offered another room which was much better and bigger although again it was not clean , my wife had to get a wet wipe to clean the toilet although it was not as bad as the first room, there is only a choice of currie, no other choice so we went across the road to the swan to eat and drink and found it ok, the swan is on the Thames the Boleyn is not, on the second night we ate at the Boleyn as my wife likes curries, and have to say it was one of the best curries I we have had even our breakfast on both mornings were excellent , the WiFi is hit and miss and there are no biscuits in the room. On the morning we where due to leave there was no water so could not clean teeth or shower disgusting, we were told it was a technical fault, but although things can happen we received no apology totally poor reaction to our complaint.
