I am right now in hotel only. I have been booked through Take Tours (service operated by L & L Travels), they booked me in this hotel in Niagara as package. The hotel is pathetic, has small and run down rooms. Air conditioning is not working. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. Very bad experience. I don't recommend the hotel to...

Dear AlokBajoria Thank you for taking time to send in your comments about your recent tour stay here at Byblos Niagara. Please accept my apologies for the problem with your air conditioning and the mosquitoes. So I can rectify the situation and prevent further inconvenience, would it be possible to send me your room number and date of stay. I...

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour from Take Tours (L&L) 3 days 2 nights Niagara and Washington DC tour. Room is ok clean, room 371 is at the other end of the hotel from main lobby. Room did not include breakfast. Overall, good to have an overnight stay and close to Niagara Falls. Hotel has indoor...

We stayed at this hotel a few days ago as part of a bus tour package. I was very surprised that this was considered a hotel with a higher rating. The hotel room was ok however very run down, obviously needs some upkeep and repairs, especially the bathroom. What was worse though was we were staying on the 6th foot...

We had stayed here about 6yrs ago when it was a Holiday Inn and loved it. This time we found it just OK. The pros were that the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for directions. The lobby was clean and the hotel has two nice pools indoor and out, a nice little bar/restaurant and...

The check in process was hassle free and we were given a room with a view of the Niagara river. Initial impressions were that the room was clean, but the separator separating the adjoining room wasn't quite insulating with noise seeping in. The bathroom tough clean and well appointed, had problems with the water being either too hot or a...

We stayed here last year and again this year as part of a group booking for the Fort Niagara Soccer Tournament. What a difference a year makes! Last year we had a great experience. Rooms were dated but clean, grounds were gorgeous with two beautiful pools and at night we were treated to live music and outdoor food items for...

As many of the previous reviewers have mentioned, this place is in serious need of a face lift & thorough cleaning. Apparently, it recently changed management. Hoping the new company makes some significant changes for their own sake and that of their future customers. The hotel was chosen for us as part of a group and I mistakenly went with...

I don't know how this hotel is labeled as a resort. When we checked in we were given a handicapped room which was insulting. When I called down to complain they said that they had something better and put me in room 666. The room had bugs( centipedes crawling out of the toilet) and the electric wasn't working on one...

As the title of review states, we were disappointed with the hotel. We went with kids and a friend, and our rooms were booked well in advance. Two rooms were with a nice river view, the third one had a view on parking lot where buses were starting their engines from early morning. Room was spacious but needed fresh carpets,...
