Seven of us ranging in age from 7 to 70 spent a wonderful night at the Station House. Mickey Shaw is a terrific hostess, making guests feel welcome and valued. The building -- a restored train station -- is both beautiful and comfortable; clearly its restoration was a labor of love. We took 3 rooms and all were attractive and...

The Station House was a great place to stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and furnishings were antique--- not a Holiday Inn fee at all. I recommend staying here if you have occasion to stay in Granville.

Had an amazing stay here at this beautifully restored old train station. Mickey and Wayne have done an incredible job with this property. It is absolutely spotless inside from top to bottom. Enjoyed a wonderful, home cooked breakfast and cup of coffee each morning with Mickey as she explained the history and work involved in restoring this great building. There...

I'd highly recommend this B&B. This is the second time I've stayed here, and it's been wonderful both times. The rooms were comfortable, and the inn keeper was fantastic!! I come up to Vermont every couple of years, and would definitely come back.

Recently stayed at the Station House with my mom, who has stayed there several times, and my 3 year old son. There are not enough good things I can say about this B&B. From the second we walked in, it's just absolutely stunning. Our room was the perfect size, so cozy and impeccably clean. Aside from the decor in the...

My wife always resisted staying at B&Bs (for over 30 years). She (we) usually looked for a Hampton Inn because they are the most consistant property chain. HOWEVER, after our experience here, her attitude has changed concerning B&Bs. This was close to the best place we have ever stayed. (We HAVE stayed at the Plaza in NYC.... needed lottsa tip...

I recently stayed here with a couple of family members after attending a memorial service for one of our own. Mickey and Wayne Shaw made our stay a wonderful respite, encouraging us to take advantage of the common area which is decorated with antiques, has a stove accessible for heating water for tea and is full of delicious homemade treats....
