My wife and I recently stayed at Ruby's Cove BnB and we had an amazing time. Donna is a excellent host - it's been a while since we've been to Greenport and she gave us great tips on where to eat and what to check out. She is a very warm and kind person. The rooms are nice and cozy,...

I find it surprising that a fellow traveler ("Doby47") would leave a negative review about Ruby’s Cove. Their experience was nothing like mine. I recently stayed there in late June 2016 based on the enthusiastic recommendation of my daughter who stayed there one year earlier. I found the proprietor to be totally helpful in helping me fine-tune my Greenport visit....

Donna was a delightful hostess! The accommodations were luxurious. Her recommendations from dinner at American Beech, to the Greenport Brewery and tastings at Coffee Pot Cellars were all spot on. Breakfast was a delectable work of art. We can't wait for our next visit.

I'm shocked at the positive reviews. The owner was annoying and thought we were all part of her family, in a weird way. She ate with the guests and monopolized the conversation. I found her to be unsettling. Very "strict" and emotional about the time everyone had to eat breakfast. Agree with others about being underfed. Small portions of breakfast....

This is not the first ridiculous and untrue post you have made about me and Ruby's Cove although I am just seeing another one now. It's getting a bit more than kooky with you. I would like for you contact me directly to discuss a resolution and put a name and face to your mean and unwarranted words. I have...

I was planning a last minute weekend getaway from NYC and was fortunate enough to connect with Donna at Ruby's Cove B&B. The house is charming and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing trip. It's located right by all of the restaurants and shops but just off the beaten path enough to be peaceful in the morning and night (there's...

On a recent month-long business trip, I was fortunate to connect with Donna and spend a very relaxing night at Ruby's Cove. The home is very charming and comfortable, is centrally located to all activities in town, and Donna was an amazing host. My room was extremely comfortable with everything I needed, including one of the most comfortable beds I...

Stayed at Ruby's Cove for 2 nights during a weekend wine/bicycle tour of the North Fork in November. The proprietor Donna was extremely accommodating, helpful, and fun. She made a vegan/vegetarian friendly meal along with delicious eggs and french toast for a total of 8 guests, gave directions and suggestions for things to do and sites to see, and let...

Ruby's Cove was absolutely delightful! The interior decor has a vintage, sensual ambiance, with ruby red walls, chandeliers and antique furniture. The sitting room was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing to a cup of coffee in the morning. We stayed in the room at the end of the hall on the right. It was cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was...

This B&B is a beautiful place. The location is the center of Greenport in close proximity to restaurants and the ferry to Shelter Island. Breakfast was fabulous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the innkeeper ensured that we had all the infomration we needed to enjoy our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
