The staff at the Benn Conger, especially owners Doug and Peter, painstakingly went above and beyond to throw us a deluxe wedding over Labor Day Weekend. The grounds were absolutely lovely, the inn was immaculate, and the lunch served to over 80 guests was filling, delicious, and creative. We couldn't have been happier with the venue, and we were thrilled...

We enjoyed the Benn Conger Inn with our large family. We rented out the entire B&B which made it very comfortable for us. It was a great gathering spot for each family. Our room was very comfortable, nice and cold with AC (being August), and we had a private bathroom. We were very pleased. Breakfast each day was great and...

The room was OK but the bathroom need more counter space. The Inn was not the quality as in the past when I had stayed. Food was not good. Maybe I expected more since i don't stay in Bed and Breakfast I was disappointed.

A painstakingly restored and beautifully decorated country inn bed and breakfast! We were in "the yellow room" with access to a second floor deck overlooking the peaceful manicured grounds. Doug and Peter were very hospitable and friendly. Not a lot to do in the immediate area, but only a very scenic 30 minutes away from Ithaca, which was the perfect...

The hosts of this property could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. They were a great source of local information and travel tips. The property has two buildings and one has been more recently updated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful celebration for our aunt's 85th birthday, the last weekend in July 2016. Stumbled upon Benn Conger when looking for options for a small block of room and a place to hold our event. This revitalized inn, in Groton, NY, certainly fit the bill! Doug and Peter are the most gracious, helpful and unobtrusive hosts at any...

My husband & I stayed at the Benn Conger Inn for 2 nights along with other family & friends. The rooms, suites, dining rooms, and grounds were beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Our hosts- owners, Doug & Peter were wonderful! The rehearsal dinner for the wedding was held in a gorgeous solarium, the food was delicious! Our breakfasts were included...

Talk about family!!! From the moment you walk in the front door until you wave goodbye, the proprietors (Doug and Peter) are engaging you in conversation, sharing the history of Benn Conger and the town of Groton (think Corona Typewriters) and know every Finger Lake winery and attraction in Ithaca area. The Inn is first class cozy, comfortable and not...

While the Inn is truly lovely, it is the second floor sitting area and the library/bar that make it wonderful for family/group getaways. Doug and Peter really enjoy getting to know their guests. They are warm, welcoming and charming. Dinners and breakfasts are freshly prepared. Don't miss the 7 onion soup. When my catering order was lost and I was...

We were looking for a quaint B&B and I remembered The Benn Conger Inn. I lived in Groton in 1996 and remembered how beautiful and historical this Inn was. I was so excited that they had a room!!! When we arrived, Peter greeted us in the driveway. What a gentleman!! We were introduced to co-owner Doug who was also so...
