Very dated not worth the money at all. We couldn’t believe it when we walked into the room and went back in time in time 20 years. We will not be going to any Quality Inns again as they are not longer Quality in any way shape or form. We truly felt taken advantage of and we are Choice select members!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for 3 nights (thurs - Sun) for a horse show at Erie Fair Grounds. It was Nice and close - they put us at the back door right near an exit for our dog. the room was SUPER clean. very dated, but comfortable and clean. check-in lady was less than helpful. did not seem thrilled to be helping us at all. was rude and not personable. Friday night brought parties and the hall smelling like pot. Saturday night ppl were still partying at 2:45 - dogs barking ect. TV's are small and you have to have them loud to hear over the air conditioning. Cleaning ppl were super nice, and again there wasn't a speck of dirt in our room - could have done without all the partying and noise though.

the staff were horrible they yelled at us for no apparent reason and there services are horrible and so is the food!! do not go there. there bed wasn’t mad correctly and there costomers were annoying

Lacey was GREAT. From a welcoming check in to the smile through out the day. She showed she was a hard worked by constantly cleaning up the breakfast area. Good choices for food. Thank you. Room was comfortable. Parking good Were there 2 nights well worth it.

We were tired and not expecting more than a night's sleep, but the clerks were so nice it made our day. This motel is very nice for the price. Our dog was able to be with us, all the bedding and other amenities were good, the juice, coffee and breakfast were welcome, too.

We stayed for 1 nights (wed-thurs ) no elevator had to carry luggage up the stairs. room was outdated, curtains torn and ac did not work well. went to take a shower and there was water under the tub liner, and the liner moved the whole time I was in the shower. Water came out of the sides when I moved. there was no parking, there was a tractor trailer that took up about 8 spots. the check person told us we could park out back or farther down. TV's are small and you have to have them loud to hear, and the room never got cold.

Had high hopes for this place, which is farther from the Thruway and quieter than the hotels on the other side. Pleasant sunny breakfast area. Breakfast had hot waffles. But bathroom was not cleaned. No housekeeping supposedly due to COVID< and trash in hall was not picked up while I was here (14 hours). Place is showing its age.

Since it was our last night before returning to Canada we too a suite with a sofa bed couch and a king bed. It cost more than our usual room bou would be worth it. We could not have been more wrong. The sofa was so uncomfortable we had to take the pillows off the bed so we could sit on it. The bed was so close to the wall the only way I could get in was to walk sideways along the bed. There was a mini fridge and microwave but the upenings in the TV cabinet where they should have been were to small so they were stacked microwave on top of fridge along the wall. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the self serve breakfast was quite adequate.

Dingy. Not close to being worth 245 a night, are you kidding me. Very disappointed. Will never stay here again. I booked this property through expedia and figured that I'd have some level of satisfaction as I paid alot of money for it. It smelled in the hallways and they had trash on the floor. The room was not dirty, but was basic and musty. The TV was messed up as well.

Front desk staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is dated but was clean. I loved having free juice anytime that I wanted-a wonderful extra. I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. The room was quiet. Ample parking and convenient location.
