This hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Stayed here 4/11/2014. The only plus was that the staff was very friendly. The front lobby is nice when you walk in but deceiving, once we got to our room we realized the hotel is not very clean. I attended a very expensive dinner at the Upsky Hotel this past weekend. The hotel itself was not very clean, there were dirty dishes in the hallway leading to the main area. The food was a long time coming and was cold on arrival. We had to ask for extra bread and butter and were provided it grudgingly. Water glasses...

I have stayed here for a business trip a week back. Upsky Hotel have charged my credit card an additional fee on top of the normal room rate and taxes. Stayed three times, and each time it was really poor. The staff are more interested in each other than serving customers. You can wait, and wait and wait to get served in the restaurant even though you may be the only person there! - The hotel as a whole is not very clean, and has very tired and ageing décor....

Extremely disappointed in this hotel, especially in the manager. I had an issue that needed to be resolved and he was no where to be found. It took the entire stay to finally get a hold of him. Apparently, they only have 1 manager and no one who can handle customers when he is either eating his lunch or gone...

We were here for a event and went to get lunch. Nobody seated us so we seated ourselves. Finally someone came over and told us it would be a 30 minute wait because they were "backed up". This hotel used to be a beautiful friendly environment, When it was the Sheraton! I recently stayed overnite to have a lil fun with the kids in the pool. The room was dirty, hot, & dry; Horrible Conditions for both kids who are asthmatic. Not to mention dirty floors an blankets. We all took cold showers at C/O. I overpaid...

Had to stay here to visit a sick relative. Front doors weren't working well and lobby is a bit of a maze for the elderly folks traveling with me but the rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Ate dinner across the street at Applebees. That was fine also.
