This Inn is connected to an award winning winery with a beautiful view of the vineyards and lake. The wine is great, and the people are friendly. This was our second stay here in the last few months, and we plan to return. The rates are reasonable, and the rooms are very clean. Lori is the breakfast lady/innkeeper. She will...

My husband and I have stayed at this inn several times a year over the past five years. We have family in the area and this has been a very reasonably priced and comfortable place for us to stay. We've stayed in other places in the area, and have found the Inn to be the best value. Thanks to Lori,...

Stayed at Chateau LaFayette Reneau B & B for the first time, but stayed around Seneca Lake many times before. Very nice house, and clean rooms but as others explained a little odd. No we did not use the slippers, we took our shoes off... in the morning. Place was wide open so anyone can walk in. Lori was a...

Very bizarre stay. As the couple below mentioned, we got leftover bacon and sausage with our pancakes our first day. The place was nice, the wine was good, but it should be a called a "Bed and Fend For Yourself". The wine is great and we were given 3 bottles for our trouble. Lori has the personality of the Soup...

Ever stayed at a b&b and had to make your own breakfast? We did. Checked in on a Wednesday at the winery. When we entered the house there was a not for us to take our shoes off and use a pair of slippers (not sure if they had been used by previous guests or not). and there was a...

As other reviews indicated, this is not the place to stay if you are looking for a good bed and breakfast experience. The check-in is with the cashier at the winery, and the house has a deserted feel when you walk in. The room was clean, but past that the accommodations were disastrous. The person cooking breakfast was beyond dismissive....

I booked this B&B based on the description of the gorgeous view of Seneca Lake, however there were no pictures of the rooms online....now I know why! Yes, the view was magnificent, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. The decor was "early attic" but the biggest disappointment was the lack of comfortable chairs on the deck where...

We stayed for 2 nights as we toured the Fingerlakes area. The Inn was clean but definitely needed some TLC. Check-in was at the winery (next door) and was harried at best. The parking was a bit convoluted, but no major problem. The rooms were clean and the view from the deck is magnificent. The downside is that the only...

We stayed here for three nights over Memorial Day weekend and were very pleased with the inn. The fact that the owner does not live in was a plus for us. Our room was on the small side, but clean and pleasant with a door to the deck. The common areas were also clean and comfortable. The mirror in the...

This place is beautifully situated on a vineyard with great views of Seneca lake, but like another reviewer said the actual "inn" had all the charm of a 1970s suburban tract home. Owner was not to be seen, but when we came back from a day of touring around and found our room hadn't been cleaned at all, nor had...

“The Inn is located right in the center of the wineries, actually, part of a winery although separate from the actual winery. There is an amazing view of Seneca lake. Very nice place to stay.”
