Love this place. Used to live in the area and stayed at the Arbors while visiting friends. so have stayed twice once for a week and another time for four days with my small dogs. Nancy is a marvelous host. Unintrusive, considerate, informative, and makes a great breakfast.

Had hoped to find availability at Blue Stone Cottage where we last stayed in High Falls but it was all booked. The owner recommended this B & B. Upon arrival, surprised to see the home's exterior in desperate need of paint. We were disappointed that our room had no air-conditiong (during a heat wave a week ago), just a small...

The house and grounds are beautiful and quiet. The room is comfortable and clean. The owner, Nancy, was friendly and helpful in pointing out the sights and activities around the area. She's also a marvelous cook; breakfast was superb on all three days that we spent there. For dinner, there is a great restaurant a three-minute walk away called The...

This B&B is a special treat with it's cheery colorful decor, impeccably clean interior, lovely garden setting and a hostess who has mastered the art of cooking and hospitality, the Arbor B&B is a perfect choice and one we intend to revisit often!

The house is old and in need of some loving care. The hostess is pleasant and breakfast was good , with fruit eggs and toast. The room was small and sparsely furnished(no TV, alarm clock, or anything else,) just a comfortable bed. There was no space in the room to sit .The room was dusty and in need of a...

Luxurious gardens surround the 1890s renovated farmhouse. Gourmet breakfast is lovingly served in the dining room. Inviting spacing of furnishings encourage conversations. I sipped a delicious herb water while I sank happily, deeply, into the surrounding trees and flowers. The farmhouse was built about the time of a new fashion in women's clothing – the tailor made. This B &...

My wife and I and her nephew and his girlfriend (visiting from Florida) stayed a night at the Arbor B&B this past weekend so we could show them around some of our favorite places in the Hudson Valley and go snow tubing as well. The Arbor is a quaint 1890 house and has very clean and charming rooms with beautiful...

A really nice bed and breakfast. Delicious homemade breakfast. Cucumber infused water! Dogs allowed. Hardwood floors in the rooms. Beautifully and simply decorated rooms. Good location for New Paltz, Kingston and surrounding areas. Helpful owner with directions to swimming holes. Set back from the road, so quiet rooms. All good.

My extended family and I (9 of us total + 1 dog) stayed at the Arbor over a long weekend. We were having a memorial service for my grandfather near by. It was the perfect environment for our little gathering. It was nice to have a place to gather that was big enough for all of us but not an...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely B&B during our weekend getaway to husdson valley. We were really surprised how nice this property was. It was the nicest house in the neighbourhood with a huge lawn and a nice little garden. Our room was okay. Nice size. Nothing really special. We had a shared bath. I was a bit...
