As the title suggests, this is the perfect B&B. Nancy is the ideal, accommodating host. Her breakfasts are delicious and healthful. The size of the inn (3 rooms) is just right for preserving privacy and meeting new people. The location is quite good. And the rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious. An unqualified recommendation!

I'm reluctant to share word of the wonderful stay we had at the Inn this past weekend for fear that, once the secret is out, it will be impossible to get a reservation. Still, I want Nancy to be successful so the Inn will be around for future visits. The Inn is an absolute delight. Tucked in a residential neighborhood,...

In 20+ years of visiting B&Bs, this is one of the best houses we have stayed at. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, wonderful meals, great treats. Best part of our 10 days in the Hudson River Valley. If it were closer, we would come back regularly. Bit of a trip from Seattle.

My boyfriend and I took a much needed get away from New York City during Labor Day weekend. The Inn at Twaalfskill was an amazing experience. The moment we drove up to the house, I knew it was going to be a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The house is exceptionally and elegantly decorated, no floral frill you find in most...

We have never written a review but our stay at the Inn was so lovely we wanted to commend Nancy. From the homemade breakfast to the peaceful gardens and spacious rooms, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk into the Inn. There's a tasteful European country sensibility to the decor, and along with the small details - lovely teas...

Our stay at the Inn at Twallfskill was absolutely sublime. The house is beautiful; the gardens are relaxing and well-kept. Nancy is the perfect hostess. She was never intrusive, but was always there with a glass of iced tea, cup of coffee, or treat when we wanted one. And her breakfast was incredible! We had such a relaxing stay. We...

The Inn is an excellent choice in many many ways. First, the decor and accomodations are just beautiful. Tastefully decorated throughout. The outside gardens were leisurely retreat for our family of 9, including parents, grandparents and grandchildren. We enjoyed the use of the entire house including a cozy family room with great movie choices and a large flat screen. The...

We had a wonderful trip to the Inn at Twaalfskill last weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and cared for. It is conveniently situated, making day trips to New Paltz, Hyde Park, and Rhinebeck a breeze, but far enough away to escape for a quiet evening if that is your pleasure. Nancy was welcoming, friendly, and helpful with local restaurant...

This is the perfect location for a weekend get away from the city. The ambiance and decor was classy/traditional with modern amenities. The bedrooms had everything you needed and the beds were super comfy. I'm still craving the scones from breakfast and the fire place. Its THE place if you want a perfect weekend in Hudson Valley.
