The pool was clean and big enough, the restaurant is nice enough if you want to stay on your resort for a day. The room, we had...

I have stayed at Badala Park on 3 separate occasions in the last 5 years. Whilst the hotel is basic it offers everything you require with a decent pool and is situated relatively close to the beach and a 10 minute drive from the Senegambia area. The hotel is clean, breakfast is decent and there is Wifi available in the...

The Badala Park is a two star hotel in a developing country.... If you understand that then you will be fine. Our room was very basic, with large cracks and gaps in the tiling of the shower and a light that only worked intermittently. If you wanted a safe, air-con or fridge then you had to pay extra. BUT there...

Very basic hotel. Fixtures and fittings old and cracked. Don't forget your shower gel! Few problems were sorted out in Gambian time. But don't let this put you off. The staff more than make up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast is a very good buffet, the poolside bar provides good lunch and dinner - a main course...
