Visiting Mole National Park was the highlight of our trip to Ghana. As the other reviews have pointed out, the hotel is in an excellent location overlooking a series of waterholes where you can watch elephants, several species of antelope and birds. It's even better with a scope. The rooms, although rather uninspiring, are large and comfortable, with air con...

I really don't get the bad reviews on here. Of course the Mole Hotel is a little expensive but that's the case with pretty much every accommodation in any national park all over the world: you just pay a little extra if you wanna stay IN the park. I also didn't find the place run-down, the standard they offer was...

The rooms are rather basic but spacy, clean and complete enough. Especially because you don't need anything more then a bed and a shower with a reasonable restaurant, and more important: directly next to it a swimming pool with an awesome view of the park include having breakfast and lunch together with the elephants some yards away. The staff is...

Mole Motel has a fantastic view, a good pool and restaurant, and decent rooms which come at very low rates. The rooms are comfortable, but haven't been properly maintained for years. In between safaris is great to hang out by the pool, enjoy the view and chat with other guests.

We stayed three nights. Great view. Friendly staff. Awesome spot to relax. Proximity to wildlife (elephants, warthogs, birds, etc.), made for an exciting stay. Simple, clean rooms, no frills. Good food, just on the upper edge of being expensive; order well in advance! The pool was nice, but could use a cleaning. Great location next to the park headquarters and...

This hotel is quiet old and needs a lot of refurbishment to raise its standard to a budget facility. It is now overshadowed by the Zaina Lodge nearby and must do well to improve its standards. everything in the room from towel to tvs needs upgrade. A total overhaul is required.

We had one of the basic fan rooms which were spacious and clean. We felt it was great value in comparison to the one other hotel option. Service personnel were excellent. Breakfast was served after the morning safari. We did see elephants. The food is standard fare, but the portions are huge. We were able to share a main and...

I was in a dormitory style room which is a budget room so I wasn't expecting much. Saying that, it was worse than I expected. There was no air conditioning and the rooms were so hot and miserable to sleep in. The tub faucet was leaking so you could hear it all night. The key system is essentially a free...

The Mole Motel has a breathtaking view over de National Park. You can relax in the swimming pool or on the terrace and watch wildlife from there! The rooms are spacious and offer all the things you need. The staff is very nice and the food is good. This is the ideal spot to start a foot and car safari...

I stayed at Mole Motel just a few weeks ago. I was at first going to stay in the dorm, but after seeing my how warm, rather unclean and how insecure it was, we managed to move to a three bedded room with fan. In my opinion, Mole Motel is really good for seeing wildlife - it is so conveniently...
