Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The Villa was first class very clean, with all facilities necessary for up to 8 people. Kitchen is fully facilitated, including an ice maker as it's very hot. All the bedrooms had mosquito nets around the beds and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower/toilet/closet room. The villas backup on the beach, hence from the balcony from the master bedroom you've got a view of the lovey goldeb beach. For those who can't live without their phones, there is no wi-fi in the villas, youl have to go the hotel or one of the bars/restaurants for free wi-fi. We stayed over for the New Year, there are lots of bars and restaurants along nearby and shopping markets in the town centre all walking distances. The Villa exceeded my expectations and I'm sure it will most.

This was the best Holiday and Service we have ever received!!! Good Value for Money! Amazing views and OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.
Stephen and Carlos went out of their way to make our stay the best ever and memorable.

The place is contemporary, clean, well designed for families and affordable. House keeping makes it as good as a hotel including laundry service. We loved the view from balcony but beach full of weeds!

Not happy with the hotel. Lack of cleaning room in terms of sheet. Infiltration on the bathroom. No WiFi connectivity. Hotel Manager never replayed back to my concern until this day. Not recommended hotel.

We have 4 men had a business trip there, booked on line. The property is absolutely nice and valuable! The room was big, clean, calm. Sea view is amazing, just 50 meters less to Vilanculos Beach. The problem is the investment from South Africa always no adopters for Portuguese style. We could not use phone charger in the room.

Stayed in villa 4 right by the beach.The view is just beyond words and the pictures they uploaded on their webpage dont do justice to the place. Its way nicer, all rooms had aircon,clean, hired a chef. I would go back anyday
