We had a wonderful stay at Casa Babi thanks to a great combination of a wonderful and cozy atmosphere of the place and the location. The staff is very friendly and Sabrina has been super helpful with great tips what to do in the area. The Guesthouse is also directly connected to the Odyssea dive which is super convenient and we enjoyed the dives organized by Mathias. All in all a truly wonderful experience and we hope to be back soon.....

Best place to stay in Vilanculos! I've been to Casa Babi 3 times, and we keep going back because its so lovely. Stylish and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, sparkling pool and paradise views. And the food is sensational - 3 course dinners that turn local ingredients into high end cuisine, and generous breakfasts (everything is homemade, from the bread to the museli, jams, biscuits and even home made nutella!). Sabrina is always so welcoming and helpful, and arranged dive trips for us to the islands. We love it at Casa Babi, if you visit you won't be disappointed.

The best beach holiday we've had in a while, the location is perfect right on the beach with Sabrina and Deni being wonderful hosts. The activities from Odyssea Dive next door kept everyone busy and having fun. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with super comfy beds under big mosi nets and fans. The breakfasts and dinners were superb, a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and pastries each morning followed by your choice of eggs. My teenage sons definitely had their full with all the options offered. Dinners are a set menu with a few options. The menu changes daily, the meals were fresh and tasty, with a wide variety over the 2 weeks we spend here. Sabrina was so helpful and accommodating of special requests for a fussy eater. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Casa Babi, a peaceful, warm and eco-sustainable property located in the beautiful surroundings of Vilankulos. Everything is managed in this establishment in such a way as to minimize both the carbon footprint of the building and the environmental impact of the people who work and stay there. In addition to offering healthy and excellent quality cuisine, it is made from fresh, organic and local products. A model of sustainable development to protect and encourage. We had the most wonderful stay here in August 2022. Sabrina has set up a fantastic level of service here - it felt like we were staying at a lovely friend's house instead of a hotel. Location - the most beautiful place I've ever seen, to be able to wake up every day and see a white sandy beach and turquoise sea - with no tourists - absolutely out of this world. Food - Best breakfast I've had out of everywhere I've been; fresh homemade local jams, homemade breads and pastries - and of course the homemade nutella; we all looked forward to this every morning. We brought back several of the jams with us which the staff made on request. Incredible baobab jam! Dinner - again fresh homemade and local, also customisable - Sabrina realised our young daughters would not necessarily eat what was on the menu for the day so the cooks made alternatives according to our requests Accomodation - we were in the self-contained house, no complaints. The attention to detail was super - fresh water from their well provided (the well's water is tested regularly); mosquito nets pre-hung; natural/eco-friendly mosquito-repellent spray; bowls just outside for washing sand of the feet. NB The apartments have a view of the sunrise over the sea - incredible. Excursions - Sabrina organised a few excursions for us - she also provided wetsuits and was very helpful when we were wondering how to organise ourselves for each day. We went bird watching, snorkelling, horse riding, and kite surfing while here. Staff. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable and extremely accomodating. Special mention to Alfredo. And lastly - Brownie! We've never met such a wonderful dog - she went out of her way to look after us at the beach (even trying to save my husband when he dived in the water and she thought he was in trouble!). She cured our younger daughter of her fear of dogs - she is incredibly charming.…

Another fantastic stay at Casa Babi...our favorite place in Vilanculos, and in Mozambique! Sabrina and Denis made us feel at home. We usually stay in the bungalow, but this time we had the rooms - super comfortable beds, bathrooms with natural homemade toiletries, beautiful view of the ever changing blues of the Indian Ocean from the balcony. Every meal was homemade and delicious...I am still dreaming about the breakfasts! Our kids (aged 10 and 12) were busy with the pool, playing with the dogs, paddle boarding, and diving (organized by Odyssea Dive next door). Highly recommend!

We spend 8 days at Casa Babi and enjoyed it every Day. Long walks at the beach during low tide to a sand bank and to a mangroov wood were very relaxing and beautiful. The Dive and Kitesurfing school (Hugo & Team) offers a perfect service with good material and the possibility to visit the nice Islands named Bazaruto, Benguera, etc. by boat. The kitchen serves excellent food and service with fresh fruits in the morning and good fish in the evening. The 4 rooms have sea view and are very cosy. We will be back again. We loved our stay here. Our room on the ground floor opened up to a delightful tropical garden with a short walk down to the beach. Our meals and mixed drinks were delicious and artfully prepared by an amazing staff. Denis and Sabrina are super hosts. Both are well traveled and have wonderful stories to share. They went out of their way to make us feel like special guests. ...cannot forget to mention their 4-legged friends, all well-mannered and super friendly, we enjoyed having them around.
