We are situated right on the beach in the centre of Vilanculos bay and all rooms have a spectacular view of the sea. We offer our clients luxury self cater units which come with satellite TV and aircon + fully fitted kitchen/lounge which looks out over the Indian Ocean. Double room + a small back room with a double bunk bed makes these ideal for families with small children. We also have deluxe double rooms which are equally well fitted out with top of the range mattresses and cotton linen without the the self cater option.The well known Casbah restaurant is on site with 5 star catering serving the best fresh seafood and steaks.

A few steps from the beach. (Try to book the beach units). Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, the best beach bar right on your doorstep. Roll from your bed, into the sea, then two steps to the bar. I just love this place. Remember that you are on holiday, so don’t expect a rush, your drink will find you. Will definitely be back.

We went to Vilanculos in november for kitesurfing. Next to the beach there is a kitesurfing center with the world's best instructors Andre and Nima who can teach everything in a few days. They took us for a few hours downwind on the most beautiful waters in the area. We were also diving on a reef with turtles, dugong, dolphins, a whale shark and a million colorful fishes near Bazaruto island. A great place for a holiday, especially for people who like to relax in a place where there is no crowd. Nice local people and staff, especially Benny - the star of Vilanculo. His smile made my vacation the best in many years. Delicious breakfasts, fish and crabs for dinner overlooking the ocean , dancing on the tables untill sunrise are something we will miss in the middle of winter in Europe.Will definitely be back, so Benny, Andre and Nima see you soon. What a fantastic place to soak up the sun with sand under your feet and to enjoy the colourful sights and sounds of Vilanculos. The staff are friendly and helpful and Rob, the owner, was very entertaining. Highly recommended destination when visiting Mozambique!

Spent 2 wonderful nights - very impressed with everything. Room was great - best bed I have slept in possibly ever!! Staff are very helpful and food and service great. Very good location and value for money.

Excellent stay in fantastic locality. Right on the beach in comfortable rooms. Staff always willing to go the extra mile. Casbah bar great - best in Vilanculos in terms of locality. Clean swimming pool with pool loungers.

i came to vilanculos for work, i was performing at a concert on the 31 of december and i was expected to stay at santorini but instead stayed at casacabana. the rooms are 100% A/C and all up to my standards. As an artist i stay at the best and let me tell you, i was at the best. I went to every single restaurant in vilanculos but none of them compare to the stay i had at casacabana. The food was excellent, the room service was excellent and the owner himself came to have a chat with me about my time in vilanculos, which really made me feel at home. so i say thank you, not to vilanculos but to casacabana staff and owners. i appreciate it all, i have already recommended this hotel to many of my peers in the entertainment sector all over the world. and more pictures are on my social of casacabana.…

This is a lovely place, right on the beach, that appealed to us because it is not a huge tourist resort. It is small, beautiful and done in a thatched style that blends in with the surroundings. The restaurant is right on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Casa Cabana is clean, friendly and safe.

We spent three fantastic nights here. Casa cabana is situated right on the beach with beautiful views, delicious food and kind staff. Would definitely recommend staying here. We didn’t want to leave the place!

Some of the best prawn rissoles served with the coldest beer while looking out onto the beach and ocean. Rahul, the barman, further offers the most exceptional friendly and polite service. Would highly recommend anyone that visits Vilankulos to stop at Casa Cabana
