Great place, well managed, friendly. It is truly a jewel and one of the best lodges on the Zambezi river. The food is great. Bush dinner was awesome. Boat skippers are very helpful and effective. We have have been very spoiled. Good job Debbie, Ben and staff.

I have long threatened to visit the Mana Pools area. Baines River Camp was just perfect - the staff were all very attentive, the attention to detail like cold facecloths after having been out on the Zambezi was very welcome. Debbie Ben Dani Leonard All provided a very personal stay. Many great memories - drinks at the river, dinner under...

My husband and I stayed here 21-24 October and had such a great time. We were very well looked after the whole time. The location of the lodge is very picturesque and our room was delightful. It was rather hot in the valley of course and having the air conditioning in the room was a great bonus. The staff catered...

My wife & I enjoyed three fantastic nights at Baines'. Quite simply put, it would be difficult to experience a better bush and river experience as on offer at Baines'. Debbie, Ben and Dani went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was everything we wished for. They achieved this and then some! The sunset drinks...

We spent 2 nights there and the experience was marvellous, welcome, staff, accommodation, activities in the bush and on the river, everything at the top; also a special mention for the delicious food; we even had an incredible dinner organised in the bush, under the stars, we shall never forget. Thank you all.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime "boy's" trip with 6 of us descending on Baines' for 4-day's fishing and relaxing. Our stay exceeded all expectations from the quality of the rooms, amenities, service, game viewing and fishing. Staff and management went out of their way to make sure that we were treated like VIP's and activities were tailored around our requests. The...

What an amazing and special place this is. From the booking to the experience everything was super organised. The game drive, fishing, lunch in the wild and sundowners on an island just made us feel so spoilt. The Rooms were exceptional, the sun rising over the river, the birds, hippos and monkeys - if only I could enjoy this every...

It has been a dream of mine to visit this area to pursue the famous tiger fish of the Zambezi. Our brief to the agent we used was tiger fishing, game viewing and a luxury lodge with a pool for relaxing. The brief couldn't have been better met than with Baines River Camp. We caught fish on each of the...
