Overall, the hotel was nice. The people were attentive and the hotel seemed good. Finding a used condom on the floor of the from next to the bed and then having the staff cover it up was disappointing. No one knew of the incident the following day and the owner/manager was too busy to see us. Por lo demás, es...

Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, reasonable buffet breakfast at a pretty decent price. That said, I wish the rooms were properly sealed. Cold air seeps in through the cracks of the closed windows at night. Worse yet there was a concert in the field at the back of the hotel, and the noise was unbearable. I hada pleasant stay here nonetheless.

Was here on vacation for and the hotel is located a couple of blocks away from the historic district. Querétaro is a big city and was pleasantly surprised to have things close by. For example parque de la familia is right across the street from the hotel.

For the money you can't beat it. It's clean and the restaurant is priced right and good food at that. This last trip makes my 5th time to stay there in the last 4 months, so that speaks for it's self. There is nice treed park across the street from the Hotel.

I had s very Pleasant experience at hotel Mirabel. The bed was very comfortable(The pillows were a bit hard), the shower was good with hot water, and the room was a nice size. It's right next to a beautiful park, just a short walk from the historic district.

A business traveler hotel. Feels like a chain hotel in the US, like holiday inn or ramada. Pricey for what is offered compared to the rest of Mexico but there are not too many options near/in the historic center. Room smelled of smoke, though non smoking room. We asked them to do something and they never even came to check.

I have been sleeping about 200 nights in this hotel in my over 100 trips to Mexico since 1997, so I consider this place my "home" in this beautiful little Mexican city. The hotel has also undergone some remodeling a couple of years ago, so it fully deserves the price it charges. New flat screen TVs have been added last...

I had a good stay at this hotel, I stayed on the sixth floor which strangely isn't reached by the elevator (only gets to the 5th floor), I guess they added the sixth floor years later after the initial construction. Though they asked me if I was ok with this, I guess they ask young people to stay there. The...

This was a late night check in and I was presently surprised. Nice modern room, clean and with decent bath products. Didn't stay long to enjoy the hotels facilities but I had no complaints. The location across from the park and walking to the plaza is great for exploring the downtown area.

This hotel is very near to the historic city centre of Mexico and is just 2 blocks away. The Hotel rooms are good and decent. What I liked about this hotel is the variety of the breakfast they serve. It has an amazing breakfast which I simply loved. If I am travelling again to Queretaro I would surely prefer to...
