There needs to be a higher rating available as excellent is not enough! Cecelia, Liliana and the other front desk staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they gave us advice on restaurants and attractions, made reservations, called taxis and booked tours for us. There was coffee and breakfast available in our room every morning. The maid service was prompt and...

Love to stay in the old town of most cities, and this is no exception. You are absolutely central and it is perfect. Being able to walk and then come back frequently to use your own facilities is great. The staff are very professional and friendly. There are rooms upstairs, where the family would have lived before, and ground floor...

This hotel has many beautiful rooms and a charming courtyard where the morning sun was a perfect place to sit and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The rooms have brick walls and stone floors, and this kept the room comfortable temperature-wise. The room with two queen-sized rooms was extremely comfortable for two people....

This hotel was so highly rated that we had high expectations. They were not met. When we arrived, we waited in the road for 10 minutes because no one was at reception, or answered the bell or phone (we called from the other side of the door.) The hotel public spaces are cluttered, crowded, and filled with tacky tchotkes. I...

Well, I have to admit I was a little nervous when I saw that it was an eighteenth century remodel and had a "three-star hotel" rating, but with all the rave (five-star) user reviews, I decided to go for it. We were soooooo glad we did! My wife and I stayed there last night. Being Valentine's Day, we wanted something...

A magical stay at a beautiful hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations at this gorgeous and beautifully decorated 200 year old building and courtyard, from the lovely bedding, to the excellent breakfasts each day (gracias, Karen!), to the exceptional service from all of the wonderful and helpful staff! Liliana at reception was especially helpful for us, from arranging tours to calling...

We stayed 3 days 2 nights in this B&B/hotel boutique, it was a nice experience. Staff was attentive and professional, helpful with the requests I had, they let me extend my check out with out any fee. There is a free breakfast included (bread, coffee, orange juice, yogurt and toast only). The room we stayed (viento) was spacious, pillows and...

My wife and I arrived well before stated check-in time, so the staff was able to find a room to store our luggage while we walked around Queretaro. Upon check-in to the room, we found it acceptable. No real frills, but we didn't need that. The staff was also very helpful in booking us a taxi for our 4AM departure...

Serafín worked out perfectly for me and my partner. Its location is central and walkable to everything. Next door is a great gorditas place and there's a popular taco cart in front. “Lluvia quiet, the room directly above, or the one with balconies. Lluvia would be wheelchair accessible. All other rooms accessed by stairs.”
  • Lluvia has a very comfortable King size bed with luxurious & wonderful smeeling bedding.
  • This is what we see out the window from our sitting area, a pond & turtle fountain
  • This is the view entering our room Lluvia, which means rain.
  • The door to Lluvia on right, where we hd breakfast each morning
  • Walking from the reception through the courtyard, these are our bedroom doors.
  • 15 foot high ceilings are the norm in these 200 year old haciendas!!
  • This is where we ate out breakfast each day, which is included in the room price
