I found this hotel a bit of a mixed bag, our room was nice and large with a comfy bed and good shower but there was no air con or fan so even in early April for pretty warm at night. I'm two nights we never met anyone actually running the hotel although the cleaner who let us in was...

I would stay here, again. Rooms are clean and tastefully laid out. The smallest room, the one with a "cama matrimonial" is really for just one person. If you are two or more I'd recommend one of the rooms with a loft. More spacious.

My fiancee and I stayed on February 6th. The hotel is very unique, lots of character. The people working there and the owner truly made everything for us to have a wonderful stay. It was great to stay in such a place so out of the ordinary.

Basic but really cozy. Friendly staff and owner and easy walk to the center of the city. A very good deal that fully met our needs. Excellent Italian restaurant with great wine list nearby (Fiume 37).

This was the first time I actually booked directly with trip advisor and everything worked in a very smooth way. When arriving to the hotel everything was already awaiting for our arrival. The hotel is very nice, quiet and safe it is conveniently close to downtown so you can get there walking with no problem. Rooms are perfectly neat and...

The service is really good. It's quiet, you don't experience interference of any kind. The people is very kind and they give you the option to contact the administration directly via whatsapp. If there's something not working, they work on it as soon as possible and will always look for the best solution.

This hotel is very nice. The room was clean and its arrangement very charming. It was like an old house with a patio in the middle. The rooms are arranged around the patio. It is on a big avenue but it's quite quiet, although you might have a neighbor with a loud TV, like we had one night. This is,...

The owner was very nice but is certainly could have been better. I got in late & just set my things down & went to bed. All of my things by the window were sopping wet from rain coming through the window. There were no remote controls in the room until I was ready to check out. Even though I...

I was there for 3 nights; had an excellent stay; price value is outstanding; comparing it to what other hotels in Querétaro offer. Very personable service due to the small size of the hotel. Excellent mattress. Some people commented that there was a problem with the shower (too hot): there was no problem on my side (I know how to...

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night this past weekend, and we were very pleased with the experience. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, and it is very affordable. In addition to the location, our room was quite pretty, clean, large, and comfortable. The staff was very attentive, and friendly. Because it is a...
