I usually enjoy staying at this chain all over Mexico. However this time my room was too close to the lobby so it was noisy all the time during the day and night. The shower and beds are very good and service friendly. Location in Querétaro is good and the price through the internet was a good deal. Modern and... More

We were a very large number of guests staying at this hotel as we were all attending a wedding. The restaurant is chaos, we've stayed in hotels of the same chain and we were shocked at the bad quality of the food in this particular one. We were told it was 2x1 when you have over 12 people having breakfast... More

The food was poor and pricey. I paid 210 pesos for a breakfast buffet that should cost no more than 80 pesos. Don't book the room with breakfast included. It is better to get something outside or don't have breakfast at all for that matter. You can tell the difference from the old facility, renovation was very good and I... More

Good hotel for business trips. Not so good for tourism as it is relatively far away from the picturesque center of the city. Rooms are clean and airy. Breakfast is excellent. Internet is slow. staff is friendly and speak decent English

Near by car or public transportation of downtown and convention center. Cleaning is acceptable and nice building with a small swimming pool fitness room. Rooms are simple and comfortable minimalist style. Wi-Fi is free. Food is ok. And cost is reasonable. For business or working travel is ok.

It is a modern, very well located hotel, with a nice restaurant and quiet rooms. For long term stays, they have small lofts in the back of the hotel that are quiet and comfortable. Good value for money.

I've never stayed inland Mexico, but coming from the U.S., I expected a lot more for $250 U.S. Per night. The restaurant is very basic and sterile looking. Mostly wanted us to eat off their sad looking buffet. (See dining photo) Our room was unimpressive also. For the price--major disappointment. I've had better rooms in a Hilton Garden Inn. Maybe... Susan, Thank you for sharing your comments, I am very sorry we did not accomplished your expectation, I do understand that maybe the price seemed high, however this city has a living cost higher than the average cities in Mexico, we will take the necessary actions to improve the buffet.
