Beside than the lack of english spoken staff, this hotel is quite good for family outing. In fact it is better than the five star hotel that i stayed previously in Mexico City. I'd love to come back to Queretaro and revisit this hotel.

This is more motel than hotel. There are no frills. The layout of the hotel means that access to rooms can be a long hike. I had a junior suite which was equivalent to a normal room size in most business class hotels. The room has what one needs - nothing more nothing less. The restaurant serves an extensive breakfast...

Kuala: Thank you for taking the time to send your comments, I am sorry you did not find our hotel as your expectation, just to mentioned in Mexico a Motel has not restaurant, or swimming pool, etc., and we have those facilities, however it is very personal each ones opinion. Best regards.

This a a very comfortable hotel, nothing fancy, simple but effective. The people is very kind and the rooms are strange with its distribution but good, though. A family place, certainly. Nothing more, nothing less.

This hotel actually rather large and conveniently located to Queretaro City Center. The rooms were not immaculate, but clean. The sink area outside of the bathroom was a bit odd, but functional. My room didn't have an iron, but had an ironing board. I asked for an iron but never got one, The bed was nice. Firm, clean and confortable....

This was our first visit to this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the waiters. The tortilla soup was very delicious and I would return if only to try it again. Hotel was extremely modern, an interesting experience. Very clean and facilities were pretty good. The lobby and dining areas were functional, but barely (the modern design took away from some functionality). Fast reliable internet and staff was friendly. Close to the things to do in Queretaro.
