We arrived at this very lovely, modern hotel, impressed by the water fountain system as you entered. Reception was great. We were able to upgrade and still paid way less than one would have expected. We were wowed by our rooms. We were in 5 and 6. Everything was just perfect...more than perfect. We actually wanted extend our stay another...

Good location, nice hotel but internet and tv was not working. For a so called 5 star hotel, I expected at least internet and tv service. Service is amicable but requires further professional training. There is potential in this hotel. They just need to train their staff more, prepare for contingencies and have a plan. I travelled during the month...

I stayed just one night at this boutique hotel...but had a super experience. Nice rooms, new and updated. All the amenities of a 5 star boutique hotel. Great bed, amazing shower. The restaurant is a jewel...although service may be slow at times. Breakfast was very good, just get there with plenty time...service was slow...

It is a very cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Traditional and very comfortable to enjoy a long weekend with couple, family or friends. It has a very nice garden and swimming pool, very good kitchen and a good bar.

It might be a little difficult to find, with minimum signage and the barn doors closed late at night, but inside is a fantastic low-rise hotel. Staff are great, rooms beautifully appointed and maintained. Only criticism is that noise can transfer into rooms from outside (other guests), for instance when wheeling suitcases along the tiled corridors, or just groups conversing...

This is a lovely little Gem. The rooms are very beautiful, and well equipped. The hotel is small and feels homely. Staff were all very kind. I did not (unfortunately) have a chance to visit the spa... I could not hear any noise (despite the fact that the hard floors in the corridors may help sound travel). Waking up to...

I have owned a travel agency for 30 years and have stayed in many hotels. The Dona Urraca was so unique. It was so clean! The location was perfect. Just a short stroll the the centre of the historic district, which is filled with locals, especially on the weekends. We loved it there.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in the junior suite and we loved it. The room was very spacious, had really nice amenities and we did not hear any of the noise that people here have been complaining about. It is a small nice hotel, close to the center of town which is great and not too far...

Awful smell from poor or old drainage made our room smell terrible! Poor service and if you consider staying definitely put your valuables in a safe place! I had a pair of brand new Bose headphones stolen from our room and the hotel authorities said I had no way of proving it. Never ever coming back! Beautiful city just stay...

Been in the hotel for a few days in business trip. I was quite impressed by the architecture not only of the rooms but of the entire building. Cosy and large rooms, quiet, great location inside Queretaro, very welcoming service, and indeed great food. Did not try the spa as no time was available, but it is a hotel to...
