Been in the hotel for a few days in business trip. I was quite impressed by the architecture not only of the rooms but of the entire building. Cosy and large rooms, quiet, great location inside Queretaro, very welcoming service, and indeed great food. Did not try the spa as no time was available, but it is a hotel to...

A seven day business trip brought me to the heart of Queretaro. Being my first time in Mexico, I was somewhat apprehensive about going there but I had a lovely time. The Dona Urraca is a fantastic hotel. Conveniently located just a few minutes away from Plaza de Armas and the central historical center; lots of restaurants and cafes are...

Queretaro is a magical colonial city. Dona Urraca is in its heart and everything is very close to the hotel. In addition, everybody is wonderful and ready to make your experience even better, all of the employees have great attitude. The building is a renovated colonial house and has great views, gardens, heated pool, restaurant, bar, SPA and other great...

Very classic Mexican Hotel. Very comfortable, well kept, quiet and central. Stayed some time ago and never reviewed but was recommending to a friend a hotel and remembered this one, where one doesn't seem to go wrong. A great advantage to this hotel is the location. Right in the middle of all the action and good entertainment in the city

Great value, high quality, great staff, fine food, clean and professional. The room was spacious, my wife would have liked a coffee maker and not an espresso machine. Visiting our daughter in the Peace Corps. Dona Urraca is a few blocks from where she lives and close to the Centro Historica district. We walked everywhere. Ate at a lot of...

The hotel is situated perfectly near center square. The rooms are spacious and very nice! Very open air style. Pool is kinda small not heated. Has an on-site restaurant. You have the option of booking your room with or without breakfast included. The breakfast is good. Off-street parking is provided. Rooms on the lower floor have sliding glass doors where...

I went to Queretaro in November for the annual CutOut Animation Festival. I loved staying in this hotel. It is mere 5 minute walk to the city centre and close to many restaurants and bars. The room was lovely and spacious, the bath enormous. We endured a particulalry (and unusual) harsh cold spell for the first few days. The staff...

First, go to check out Queretaro, a beautiful colonial city mixed with vibrant population. This is the place to stay. The rooms are as beautiful as the grounds. I imagine those giving poor ratings for beds and staff don't know good bedding or efficient, if not over friendly, staffs. They could work a tad on grace skills.

One of my favorite hotels in Queretaro. Pricey but very comfortable. The hard beds are great. I would rate the hotel higher if the restaurant had good food (it does not) and if the Airconditioning worked (it did not). Location is just a short walk to city center and the quiet and restfull ambiance of the city.

This is a newer hotel in old, authentic Mexico. It's the real deal in a safe area. I've stayed here seven times in the last seven years and it has not let me down one time. The beds are soft and very comfortable. You can spend hours relaxing in the big bathtubs. There's a lot of room to entertain guest,...
