    Wonderful place to stay , Paul the host is very nice..we had a great time .it's located very close to Warren St and also the train station. Great place , quiet , good breakfast, walkable to bars and restaurants.

    Yes there are window air conditioners, they were temperature controlled We left ours on 72 and put the fan on low at night. It was very comfortable.

    Yes. We were there when it was over 90 degrees and felt comfortable when in the room. Outside was another story.terrific place!
