We have four common area rooms, the TV room with an unstocked wet bar that seats 6 -8 people, the Game room that has a billiard table, the dining room that seats 18+ and the front parlor that has comfortable seating for six and a seasonal propane fireplace. In warmer seasons we have a patio and several porches with a variety of comfortable seating and tables with chairs for games or meals.

I don't quite understand your question as the owner of the B&B. The room has a private bath, queen sized bed, flat screen tv with DVD player and a clock radio. Every stay has a full cooked to order breakfast included. This room is off the upstairs porch with access to the upstairs porch but the entrance is from the inside of the inn.
