We took a spontaneous trip north and couldn't find any vacancies. Nelsons only had a 3 bedroom left and could've really gouged us but, didn't charged us their 1 bedroom rate !!!!! Yes the cabin was dated but really clean ! Would definitely stay there again

I'm not sure if I'm getting older, and pickier. In any case we called very hotel, motel, or cottage in the area, and this was the only place with a room available. The owners were very nice, but would not hold a room for us when we were on the phone, but luckily the cottage was still available when we...

We stayed at Nelson's over the busy Labor Day week. All the cabins were full but we still had plenty of private beach, campfire and gorgeous sunsets looking out over the lake that set behind the mountains. The cottages are reminiscent of days gone buy and were clean, shaded by trees and very comfortable.

We worried that finding a place for two adults and two small kids to join relatives in the Adirondacks would be a disaster...instead we found a vacancy at Nelson's and had a great stay! The cabin (slept 4) was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our use. We brought supplies for breakfast (ours was one with a fridge but no...

I have been staying with the Nelson's for many Summers. I love this place. It is a place to really unwind and enjoy what a vacation is suppose to be. Bring books and enjoy the best lake in the world: Fourth Lake. Take advantage of all of what the Fulton Chain has to offer.

Stayed at Nelson cottages reciently and had a great time. Staff were very helpful with tons of hospitality and great suggestions on local things to do. Cottages were clean and there was a beach to swim. We would stay there again.

We had a great 3 day stay at Nelson's Cottages from 8/7-8/10/2015. They were very friendly and easy to book with. Their cottages are cute, cozy, clean, and a very short walk to downtown Inlet (less than a half mile). And their view on the lake is beautiful!! The Nelsons are a kind family who will make you feel warmly...
