Detailed Reviews
The beds were very comfortable and I had no trouble going to sleep. I forgot to bring my own pillow and used two as theirs were too soft. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner as debris had not been swept up but pushed into the corners. The bathroom lighting was great for putting on makeup and there were enough hangers in the closet. Our room was very close to the elevator, but we couldn’t hear anything at all outside our room.
Breakfast was typical buffet style. The scrambled eggs were better than expected, but the bacon was precooked with little flavor. The muffins were fresh and tasty. With breakfast included in the room price, it was adequate.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel greets you by pointing out their happiness guarantee! And I was given bottled water at check in as a HH member. Very friendly & helpful staff!
A wonderful hotel conveniently off the interstate in a quiet area with ample parking.
The room was clean, well appointed with artwork and modern touches like LVT flooring in the bathroom. The blackout curtain and shade kept the room dark.
The 2 queen beds were ok. I’m being a little picky, but the duvet cover fabric was scratchy to me, rather than just smooth fabric.
Bathroom equipped with dispensers for shampoo, lotion etc. The bathtub/shower was a little older with brackets for soap, but nice to have a grab bar. Shower head older style worked fine. Plenty of towels.
Breakfast typical Hampton fare, but the attendant was continually checking/refilling items. Yummy bacon!
Stayed on a Friday night with a full hotel, but our second floor room was quiet.
Liked the ability to choose my room in the app and option for keyless entry.
Hampton Inn has been my favorite hotel when traveling, but lately some have slipped. Other Hampton Inns should take a lesson from Jamestown, NY!

Don't hesitate to book a night here. It's bright and clean. Easy to get to. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, especially given the price. Breakfast included. The pool was clean and great to use. The front desk staff was so nice. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our room to be ready, which we were absolutely fine with -- but the staff apologized profusely and even offered a discount on the room without being asked. She said their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction, and we felt it. Great place.

This hotel has the thinnest floors of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So if you like hearing every step, stomp, wrestle, and party thud and thump from the room above you, this is your place to stay. I called the front desk to report the room above me around 9 pm. It’s 4 hours later and there’s still thumping and commotion above. We should have known better when we first got here and walked down the halls that were so loud with our steps and we weren’t sure if the floor was bouncing. I’ve considered going out to my car to sleep. Such a disappointment.

Just checked in and new employee Holly couldn't have been more charming. Gave me a great rate, great room, thanked me for booking direct with her and then walking in (rather than using 3rd party OTA) and situated me away from some of the busy loud families onsite. Holly, you are an All-Star in the making. Thanx.

Caution. Despite good reviews for the Hampton Inn and what was thought to be a comfortable stay I discovered I was bitten by bedbugs after a stay here on September 28. I have not stayed in any other lodgings other than my home and would recommend to management that they inspect room 409. A call was placed to management midweek with no response. Understandably this is a challenging situation for all innkeepers to manage but a reply was in order

5 star all the way. Arrived on a Sunday and the manager on duty, Tiff, was so warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions very patiently. Our room was amazing and very clean. Just what we wanted. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. I usually do not eat breakfast very early and even going in late to the breakfast area I found the food to be plentiful and delicious. A nice variety too.
Would definitely sat here and hope that all Hampton are as good as this one!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and boy did we witness a lot. The Front desk staff depending on who you communicated with was okay. We waited a good amount of time for someone to come to the desk so we could check in, never welcomed as Hilton honors members or never told about the amenities the hotel offered. Im sure that was not up to Hilton honors standards but be looked past it. It seems as if they were able to wear whatever they wanted and didn’t look professional at all but more run down, as the woman had a huge stain on the front of her shirt. Which made me question their uniforms no one wore one. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at everyone looked very professional. At checkout 7/4 -the girl working the desk had on shoes with no socks, clothes that were extremely too small/tight and I believe she had on leggings! Which weren’t plain but ones that said “love” all over them. Forgive me for not catching her name but she never wore a name tag I think it started with an “A” but she does have long blonde hair. There’s NEVER anyone at the desk, whether you were calling down from the room or came down to the desk (which she advised to do) when I did go to the desk that was a good 10 minute wait until she came out of the office after knocking on the door. When she did come out of the office, I could tell she was highly bothered. No one wore masks at this location which was a bit disheartening. I love Hampton inns, which is my first choice of hotels whenever traveling but this one was by far a Hampton! I would love to say thank you to the housekeeping staff as it seems they don’t get recognition as much as they should but this location every housekeeper I ran into was beyond nice and helpful! Everyone I met always had a smile and went above and beyond! We needed new towels and our sheets changed and never did I feel as if I was a bother which was great! I can’t thank them enough! They do offer coffee in the lobby, when it isn’t ice cold from sitting out so long. Not sure of the brand but my husband really enjoyed it. The pool seemed pretty small. They do have a little store next to the front desk that I thought was pretty neat, but no one was ever around so I couldn’t purchase anything. The walls seemed real thin I could hear the guest next to us. Our room was very nice and spacious. The decor was beautiful, I love the incorporating of I love Lucy, how outstanding. This property is in need of some major improvements, please start with the front desk as they’re the first and last people we see. I didn’t bother to ask for recommendations for a restaurant or attractions near by because again, no one was at the desk. From this experience I don’t believe We’ll be returning guests here unfortunately.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our first room had a problem with the heat (cold air was coming out). The Hotel Receptionist came to our room and tried to reset the thermostat. It did not appear to work, so she quickly found another room for us to move to. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was ok, not great, but I guess I shouldn't expect much for a free meal. My only complaint is the channel that the TV was set to in the breakfast room on the 2nd morning was FOX! FOX spreads DISINFORMATION. I believe the TV should be set on a neutral channel - maybe HGTV. Am I asking too much?

One of my favorite Hampton Inns! Early check in was available during a snow storm & breakfast had a banana bread waffles! Staff was friendly, room was clean. Next to a McDonalds and a mini-mart for fast food and snacks. Pool looked ok, but no hot tub.

But, it's an easy drive and we didn't have any trouble finding a parking spot near the Natl. Comedy Center.
That would be a question for the hotel. 😀
JFK is 300 miles away....
As to check-in and out, I would either go on-line or call the hotel directly. Most hotels say 3 pm, but if the room were available at noon, they will certainly let you check in. Typical check-out is 11 am.
