The rooms are clean and spacious enough for our needs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Most importantly, when I realized an hour after I had checked out that I was missing my cell phone, the housekeeping staff checked the room, and then Sue at the front desk went up to the room several times, having me call the phone till she found it blended into the carpeting next to the bed. She really went above and beyond! Thank you.

The hotel is clean, Breakfast minium due to COVID The Mainteance of air conditioner is poor.. Air Filter was Filthy.. and did not work.. asked to get checked out still did not work. Would of checked out and got room somewhere else but all hotels were booked up for night

This place is absolutely disgusting! Stayed on 2nd floor. The entire floor smelled like a 3 month old ash tray - both cig and marijuana. Manager claimed that maybe somebody had a window open and a little cigarette smoke got in. Bathroom was filthy. Brown stuff on the wall. Didn’t analyze it - you be the judge. Dirt in all the corners. People staying (or maybe living) there were no better. Certainly didn’t appear to be people who could afford to stay there. While we were there paramedics on site for an overdose. Maybe Section 8 people staying there?? Shame on Wyndham Resorts for allowing a hotel in their chain to go to this level.

Upon arrival we found the outdoor trash barrel overflowing (it was changed by the next morning), full trash bags in the hallways, cups in stairway were there the entire time along with a windowsill filthy with I assume ashes and who know what else. The halls and room smelled like weed, sheets had stains (disgusting), the water in the tub had a constant dribble, I slept without covers, sadly everything around there was sold out and I could not change hotels. Stayed 2nights and will never be back.

We have a long list of complaints about this facility. Unfortunately, Super 8 and Wyndham hotels seem disinterested to address the issues. Even ignoring the poor maintenance of this facility, the rooms are significantly over-priced for the quality and amenities provided. If you're looking for a low-quality type of hotel for mid-grade hotel prices, then this is your place. We have stayed in much better Super 8' hotels in the past, but we will not be returning to this facility.

We stayed for 4 nights. After the first night we saw how dirty the room and bathroom were. There was dried mud on the wall behind the door. There was dirt stains on the bathroom walls and the door handle to the bathroom. Then we noticed the fan that vents the bathroom was filthy. Also the shower curtain rod was loose and causing the shower curtain to fall to the middle creating a two foot space of coverage. We told the front desk about the curtain rod. We didn't say anything else because we were afraid there wouldn't be anywhere else to stay. We hoped that room service would see some of the issues and take care of it. Needless to say nothing was done. On the next night we noticed this awful smell. It was coming from the empty trash can. We lifted up the plastic liner and the smell was horrible so we left the trash can outside of the room. The next day it was put back into our room not cleaned. How anyone couldn't smell it is beyond me. I spent 15 minutes and used the provided washcloth and water to clean the walls and brought it with me to the desk at check out. I explained the situation and was told that they would tell the manager by one of the workers that was cleaning rooms. So I really didn't have much hope that anything would be done. Nothing was offered to me. I will not be returning to this hotel ever and we visit the area ever year. I would not recommend!…

First the positive. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The room was big enough for two people to be comfortable, although there was only one chair. Easy access from main st. and many places to eat nearby. Now the negative. The coffee pot reservoir cover was missing and when I put water in there was "stuff" floating which indicates cleaning was an issue. Then I discovered the coffee packets did not fit the pot. When I took it to the desk clerk his solution was for me to come down to the lobby if I wanted coffee in the morning. The TV remote only worked sporadically and the microwave worked once and then failed to function any more. As others noted, the lighting in the room was poor. No overhead lighting at all. The staff were very friendly and that was the only good thing about my visit. The room was very unclean. The furniture was very dusty, shower curtain had stains and the latch on my door was broken. Outside was even worst. Trash everywhere. Would not recommend nor would I revisit.

Room not ready by 4:00pm. AC in room excellent. Windows in room filthy. Bathroom toilet very clean. No battery in smoke alarm. Fixed by manager Omar within the hour. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Bed cover had holes in it. Mostly quiet, felt secure. Strictly walk up. Soda/candy machine only accepts credit cards. Microwave in room inoperable. Replaced with another by manager Omar within an hour. Not enough lights in the room. Omar went out of his way to be helpful.

Make sure you get your points if you are a member, corp called to add points to account and refused to. I will never go there again. Alot of other nice hotels down the road in both directions. Will never suggest to anyone to go here. Maby corp should check out these places and see how they treat their guests.
