Late checkin, quick and painless, rate could have been better but still worth it, clean facility and rooms. Breakfast was good with a good variety, the only hot food was the waffles and we had to ask for a couple things that were empty, they were re filled and we were taken care of fairly quick.

Demi front desk supervisor is so sweet and is always willing to help. She always gets us in early. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and ask to deal with her uf she is available. If there is a problem she is always willing to help

I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my trip and of course it was through a third party so getting the dates changed was going to be a hassle. When I showed up I felt like a moron for not noticing before I arrived. The manager really helped me out and got everything situated to the correct dates. Made the whole mess a lot easier. Thank you.

5 stars is not high enough of a rating for this hotel! I would give it way more! The management at this hotel, especially the General Manager Jonathon is fantastic. So easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I could have asked for a better result. He went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were taking care of.

What an absolute dump of a hotel. Employees and manager especially were the worst I've ever encountered. He was nasty to my mother the way only the worst kind of people are. I'm sure the manager is angry because his sorry excuse for a hotel is failing miserably. Room was dirty and I think I saw bed bugs. You're better off sleep your car then checking into this train wreck.

This room had two queens, a window seat, high countertop with two stools, mini kitchen with microwave, small fridge, sink and coffee maker. It was great for a weekend trip. The bed was more comfortable than most hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast was ok. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. My only complaint was that the room had a faint cigarette smell.

The good: The hotel is in a great location, walking distince to fast food and Restaurants. There is a continental breakfast that includes Waffles. Coffee and tea are available 24 hrs. Great price. The not as good: The not so good was mainly our misunderstanding, we were of the impression there was both a bed and a sofa bed, however, the room was just a bed. Not any moving around room. It was quite small (thus the 'Micro' part). Only contact with staff was at check in, so cannot comment on that, but didn't get they overly friendly feeling that other guests have commented on. The not good at all: On a whole everything was clean, if not a bit worn. However, you could see stains on our sheet and black hair on the pillow (my hair and mothers is all grey). I put the bath towles down over pillow and stain for my nights sleep. Also, could hear the person in the room beside us snoring. Certainly didn't make for a restful night.…

I have been working out of town for the past few weeks and have been staying at the microtel here in Johnstown NY. The rooms have been clean and well maintained. But the shining 🌟 star of this establishment is the Staff. They have all been very friendly and helpful. Always displaying a smile and great attitude. If there is a request they look for solutions. Today Jonathan, Velma, and Kayla but their head together and were able to sort out a few things with room expectations for both myself and another guest. They worked it out so that both of us ended up with the rooms that we wanted. Very smooth and personable excellent staff.

yearly stop on our summer vacation schedule, close enough to Saratoga Springs and affordable. Great golf 5 miles away at Rolling Hills CC. Open to the public, Joe the Pro takes good care at a fantastic 100 year old gem, mountain course.
