Stayed here while visiting family in the area and would love to go back. Our room was attractive, with a very comfortable bed, although some might find climbing in and out of the claw foot tub a bit daunting. Wonderful breakfasts with homemade baked treats. Just a terrific place to unwind and a perfect place for a family reunion if...

We keep returning to this bed and breakfast because there is a lot to like about it. It's clean, it has lots of locations where you can sit down and relax both outdoors and indoors, breakfasts far beyond the standard fare. Trails End has and idyllic location with hiking trails nearby and eating establishments within easy walking distance. We had...

My husband and I had been to Trail's End early in our marriage and this year we returned to celebrate my 60th birthday. Wow it just keeps getting better! We stayed in the Gothic Room and were absolutely delighted with the accommodations which included a king size bed, jacuzzi and fireplace as well as private entrance. I was impressed by...

If you're planning on running a marathon or a strenuous 20 mile hike or want to put on a lot of weight, then these breakfasts are for you. They are almost totally carbohydrates. A typical breakfast might be french toast with syrup, scones, a tiny glass of juice, a little fruit and 3 very small strips of bacon. Another day...

This individual was not happy even when she first arrived. She had booked a room with a claw foot tub and complained that it was hard to get in and out of. The tub was describe on the web site and for the room she booked, so there wasn’t anything that she didn’t know before she came. Her description of...

This is our second visit but this time as a couple and not family. We enjoyed our Porter room. King bed very comfortable. Love the cookies that await in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast was delicious. Inn was full while we were here and you see how very hard the inn keepers work. We would stay again and hope to...

We love Trail's End. Dave, Susan, and Sherry are so welcoming. The setting is well-located and beautiful, the inn is lovely, and there are always interesting people to meet over breakfast or evening cookies. The breakfasts are scrumptious -- always a hot main dish, three kinds of homemade sausage (including vegetarian), and delicious muffins, scones, or other pastries -- plus...

The Trail's End Inn is a gem located in Keene Valley, NY in the heart of the high peaks of the Adirondacks. A spacious room with the highlight of the vacation for my wife - a sleeping porch. Indeed, it was very nice, especially given the unusually hot weather. The inn's central location gives visitors easy access to trails and...

My other half booked this B&B so I admit I was sceptical about the atmosphere but knew the description and photos were promising. I was thrilled to arrive and see that the entire B&B catered to the Outdoors visitor. Large trail and topographic maps on the walls and books on hikes in the area. They even have a hike log...

We have been going to Trail's End Inn for a three-day weekend in January for nearly a decade. We have never been disappointed. The inn is charming and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always delicious and ample. We love looking out on the woods from the attractive Adirondack-style dining room. When we return to the...
