It doesn’t get better than this beautiful bed and breakfast. A beautifully restored period home, conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Kingston. Quiet and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts prepared by the friendly and gracious owner. Would definitely stay here again.
This B&B is absolutely gorgeous, We booked the room with king size and the room is Huge! Well located, a short walk is enough to go to the restaurants (about 7mn maybe) The breakfast delivered in front of the bedroom due to covid is excellent ! We really enjoyed the few days we spent here and I strongly recommend Nicolas
This lovely Bed and Breakfast has very recently been restored and is in prime condition. The rooms are very spacious, well and authentically appointed, with very comfortable amenities, including one of the most luxurious beds. The bathrooms are large and spotless. There is TV, Wifi, and Elizia, the host/proprietess, supplies all the information about what to do in Kingston. It is walking distance to the historic area and all of its shops and restaurants. There is ample parking on the street. Elizia's breakfast is just delicious, and she sources some of the best ingredients. A wonderful experience.
My wife and I love old Victorian homes and the B @ B concept. Our fall weekend at the Kingston B & B exceeded our expectations. Elizia provided the home base for our journey. This lively host informed us knowingly of experiences to be enjoyed. Kingston, a gem of a city undergoing restoration, provided both a menu of activities, from walking tours to train rides through the countryside, and a base from which to experience regional adventures such as West Point and the Bridge Across the Hudson. We often travel north through the magnificent Hudson Valley to New Hampshire and Vermont. From now on, we will definitely return to the superlative Kingston B & B. See you soon, Elizia. And thanks so much for all that you did for us.
My husband and I went to Kingston for a getaway weekend. A Kingston B&B is just lovely. It is kept spotless and decorated beautifully. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it! The owner Alicja made us feel very welcome and served wonderful breakfasts. She shared the history of the house. We loved our stay there and look forward to returning very soon!
I stayed here with my daughter last weekend. We had a great stay, the full breakfast served every morning was delicious! The room was adorable and my daughter was happy that they had wifi! A very short walk to the town of Kingston. Great place!
This is a lovely B&B, very cute and quaint. I went away with my mom for the weekend and stayed here. I loved the decor - very Victorian! The B&B keeper is super sweet and the food was great. Highly recommend!
Spent several nights and enjoyed the beautiful antiques, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfasts. Alisha was very friendly, and gave great suggestions on restaurants in the area. Location was in an older neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
A return visit to this perfect bed & breakfast was just as good as the first over a year ago, with the woman who was then my girlfriend and now my wife. Indeed, an indication of how fond we are of this place is the fact that we chose to spend the very first night of our honeymoon there. This beautiful, quiet, accommodating, and comfortable place to stay is very reasonably priced and generous in its arrangements. Other users are urged to disregard the grumpy old bat who posted a review yesterday. Her entitlement and bad attitude give all bed & breakfast clients a bad name. Alicja is the best of sole proprietors who has done incredible work to make her home an oasis. Highly recommended!
We stayed only one night after a trip to Lake George, NY. The exterior of the house looked horrible - repair work being done. The interior was very nice, bathroom recently updated, room was nice. What we DIDN'T like: upon check in, there were no refreshments offered (I was dying for a coffee), only a warm bottle of bad tasting water in the room; the TV in the room was the size of a computer monitor, the bed squeaked horribly, no trash can in room; we don't care for sitting with strangers at the same table for breakfast-but this is a common B&B trait, we were there early but couldn't check in-we were tired, but had to walk the town and find something to do until check in, even though I had called to see if we could arrive early. What we DID like: breakfast was very, very nice, things were very clean. We have gotten a lot more amenities for less $$ at other B&Bs.…
