Very beautiful and there is a lot to do there. I will definitely go back there for another visit. Lots of wildlife to look at from the tree houses as well as 2 national parks close by. Saw lots of elephants and buffalo as well as other antlopes

For the fourth time in 14 years we stayed here. And as always we were very happy and loved the atmosphere here. The owner has a good sense of humor and the staff is friendly. The bird watch walk is a must: Christopher is the best guide. Also the Makoro tour is good. The restaurant is nice and the teraaces...

Fabulous place to stay at. We slept in a Tree house which was literally on the river bed. They are very open air and back to nature but one does have fresh linen on your bed and a warm solar powered shower and flushing loo. The staff are most friendly and helpful , the food very yummy and the surrounding...

Be forewarned, you need a 4x4 Land Cruiser to make it here safely, and I'm serious. The roads are quite bad, especially in rainy season. The campsites are super, especially the one with the "throne" toilet and separate tub bath facing the river. Don't worry there's a rickety fence keeping the hippos and crocs out of the campsite! Won't work for...

Hello Geopatra, Our normal rainfall is around 300mm per annum, and right now Global Warming has brought us in excess of 1200mm for the year - so far! So our normal 2wd road is a bit sticky, but certainly still very drivable, although a bit exciting in places & we will come to your rescue any time, so not to...

Ngepi camp is a very special place beside the Okavango. It's decoration is just amazing and it really deserves a visit; you can even swim in the Okavango! as they have made a pool just IN the river. No fear of the crocodiles. We slept in a Treehouse which was really nice with amazing view to the Okavango. But it...

Hello Asiergasta, Thank you for recommending Ngepi, and glad you appreciated everything... well except paying the bill :-) The facts are that we are in the animal rich Okavango delta, and it's thousands of Km away from any of our suppliers. This added to the fact that we keep the environment pristine, and ensure that the Locals benefit from their...

From the moment we arrived we loved Ngepi Camp. On the way in you can't stop yourself from laughing at all the funny little quirks and sayings they have posted... On arrival at the camp we were warmly welcome and fell in love with it the minute we saw it. This camp is truly one with nature and peaceful. Grounds...

We stayed at Ngepi for 3 days and what an awesome time we had! As this was stop number 9 on a 12 stop holiday we planned to just pitch our tent, relax and ring in 2017. The drive up to the camp is quite long but the signs along the way are quite entertaining. At check in it was...

Ngepi over Christmas is a happening wonderland in the bush. Wide open spaces, Camping on the grass lawns, but that doesn't make them less private. The lawns are all shaded by biiig tree's, it makes for very minimal light at night so that helps, but also keeps the area cool, even in the heat of summer. The camp its self...

We stayed here early January and despite the heavy rains, had an enjoyable two nights here. Campsites are on the river and one can hear the hippos late into the night. Lots of grass and huge trees to keep you shaded and fairly private. The camp has a very laid back atmosphere and the finishes and facilities are really quirky....
