The Whiteface Lodge is a true Adirondack experience. Built to emulate an Adirondack camp lodge with it's large wood beams and heavy adirondack style furniture. Solid in design bringing nostalgia and warmth to your overall experience. Great for a winter trip with close proximity to the 1932 and 1980 Winter olympics events held at Whiteface Mountain (NY States premier ski...

This property is a wilderness lodge in a fantastic location. The decor matches the beauty of the outside. There are various types of rooms, some bigger. Many that I saw had kitchens in them and each one was decorated like a log cabin. The food was delicious and the portions were a good size. We attended a wedding there and...

The Lodge is so tastefully decorated and definately gives you the Adirondack feel. The food is wonderful, the service is great and so much to do if you have children. Bowling, fooseball all kinds of games.

This was our first "winter" get away and we were nervous that we would be bored with not much to do in the cold weather since we do not ski. Not the case with this Lodge! Before our check in, we enjoyed all of the little lake placid shops. We then checked into our suite, and it was incredible! Two...

Just returned from a 4-day, 3-night trip with my wife and 3 boys (15, 13, 10) and could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience. While the thermometer was well below zero, the lodge offered so much for both adults and kids. Indoor/outdoor pool was the big hit for kids. Despite below zero temps, pool water temperature was maintained...

We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite. The suite was located directly next to the employee kitchen entrance. I was worried the noise from the kitchen would be bothersome, but we barely noticed it. The suites are beautiful. Our suite had a half bathroom and washer/dryer combo unit. The bathroom off of the master bedroom included a shower and...

To escape some of the pressures of home, my wife and I took a brief 2 night stay in the gorgeous Adirondacks. The Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid was recommended by a close friend and it couldn't have been better! Seriously, in every facet of hotel/lodge accommodations, this place deserves the highest praise! Beautifully built wood lodge inside and out,...

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) spent 3 nights at Whiteface Lodge, and we wish it had been a longer stay. It is a 5-star resort in every aspect, along the lines of a Four Seasons. Our suite with full kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, master suite w/ fireplace & bath w/ separate shower & jetted tub...

Hello, We hope you come back for another "Incredible Stay" with us soon. We are glad you enjoyed our world class amenities and 30+ acre Resort Location, not stuck right in the middle of the busy Village, yet close enough to come and go as you please from there. Warm regards
