This location is convenient to both the medical center and the airport, and very moderately priced. The rooms were clean, with no surprises. What distinguished this place were the extra efforts to be accommodating: A complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and a nearby medical office, and the well maintained breakfast with the cheerful staff person. (I regret not getting her name.) She opened the area early and some food remained available even after the posted ending time. We will be back.

We had to leave another Marriott property due to it being an absolute dump. We were lucky this hotel was available at last minute. Coming from a property that out no value into customer service, this place was like a mirage. They agree to store food for us until check-in, greeted us with smiles every time we walked by front desk, the breakfast was great and every staff person we encountered couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful. They clearly take pride in their work and property and it shows.
The room, public areas and property were all extremely clean.
Will definitely return next time i the area as this was by far one of the top Marriott properties we have stayed at with regards to customer service.

Wow! What a nice hotel! From even before our check in, Cecil at the front desk went out of his way to help us and answer our questions. Throughout our visit the staff consistently made us feel welcomed. The first night my husband and son went out looking for tea. Cecil brought out hot cocoa without our asking and offered to check in the back for extra decaf teas. The hotel has hot beverages around the clock and it’s always fresh. The room was huge and clean and the layout was thoughtful so someone could be in the shower while another person was at the sink. The rooms were clean and everything was convenient. There was a water refill station off the lobby and the gym and pool were excellent as well. They have quiet hours between 10 pm - 7 am so we slept very well. I have stayed at several hotels in this area, and this was by far the best. Overall we would definitely stay again!

This was not a clean place to stay. And they can’t accommodate you if they are full and give you unclean room. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and even cheap motels to compare to. Firstly the floor was not vacuumed and someone had to come up to vacuum late at night. The room was warm and humid upon arrival which I was not expecting. One of the closet drawers was broken and unusable. The table (picture) was not clean. The bathtub (picture) was dirty and had someone else’s hair in it. Shower curtain was in need of cleaning too. Kicker was someone else’s hair on the towels (picture). I am not even bothering with the bed, don’t want to know what exists in the sheets and thus up at 1:30 uncomfortable to sleep. There’s no way this room was clean before giving to another paying customer. Could not bathe my infant daughter due to dirtiness of bathtub and also how extremely small the bathroom is. They should consider redoing the caulk on the tub too before it starts to mold. No shampoo either. Also the light flickered completely off and on a handful of times, weird. No, I didn’t bother checking cabinets as I’d be too afraid to use anything in this room. Aesthetics are not covering the dirtiness for me and that’s the difference between this and a cheap motel at this point. To be honest the Best Western and Red Roof were more enjoyable than this place and at least had clean bathtubs and towels. Last time I stayed at a Courtyard seemed like it wasn’t as clean as they used to be. Disappointed if this is where Marriott is headed, looking new doesn’t make up for dirtiness.

Stayed at the TS for one night as part of a family trip. Hotel is close to the airport. Check in was a breeze. 2br suite was large, comfortable and there were new towels. Good hot water and pressure.
Didn’t use the pool or fitness center. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and tasty.
Only reasons I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the room has a faint scent of cigarette smoke and the remote/tv didn’t work in the bedroom.

The hotel is centrally located off of the Northway (87), easy access to shopping, restaurants, colleges. The staff are very accommodating. They offer hot & cold breakfast with your stay. I have been using this hotel for many years, they remember repeat patrons.

We drove from Atlanta to visit and attend to my father in law's affairs. Despite Covid, which this place takes very seriously, we felt welcomed and at home. Friendly staff, looked out for our needs and requested we stay in our room as much as possible given we were from out of state. In fact, they offered room service for breakfast. The clean rooms also offered a fully furnished kitchenette. The hotel is in a quiet spot away from both the road noise and the airport. The location is also within walking distance of both dining and shopping areas. All told, great value, helpful staff in a quiet area. Will be making this our place to stay in the place where my wife grew up.

I haven’t stepped foot on the property yet, but just talking to Samantha about ADA room types and options for my upcoming stay, she has me looking forward to my trip. I feel that I can pack accordingly knowing location and accessibility of the room… it is a huge help! It’s hard sometimes planning ahead with a special needs child. If the room is clean upon arrival and everything works, we may have found our home away from home for the next couple years when in the area for short stays. Thank you guys for a great stay! We stayed after (maybe even during, who knows the time line anymore) Corona Virus and can say that everything was perfectly clean. A lot of options for sanitizer and wipes, to ensure we knew that we were safe and everything was clean. Room was clean as well and front desk was friendly. Overall great stay!!! Thank you all!
