Last minute choice but nice surprise for the price! Very clean and well organized room. Comfortable mattress. Window in alcove with cushion. First time seeing this in a hotel room and it's awesome. Hotel very close to Highway 87 but not visible when we take the exit. We must take the small road on the left after the Mobil gas station. Relatively quiet despite the proximity to the highway but we had a room on the opposite side. Restaurant nearby including an Italian grill 5 minutes walk. My ecological fiber appreciated that the soaps and products were in dispensers. Disappointment for the breakfast which does not offer much choice. No coffee maker in the room or fridge.

This is certainly not a luxury hotel, but if you are just looking for a place to lay your head it is fine. The rooms are small but clean. But there are a few things you should be aware of.
The motel does not have an elevator, so if you have a room on the second floor (the motel is two floors) you will have to carry your bags up and down the stairs. The motel allows pets, so if you are allergic be forewarned. The breakfast provided is very basic. The only warm option is frozen Eggo type waffles you can warm in the toaster. Otherwise, it is yogurt, cereal, toast or mini muffins.
In summary, it is a clean and functional budget motel. I would stay here again.

I have had a series of bad experiences at budget hotels so my expectations for this pace was not the best. However, while I am not going to be staying at budget hotels again, this place was not too bad. Bed was comfy, shower had water pressure (did see what looked to be two dead bugs in the light fixture). Breakfast was eh.. wasn’t bad. But could have been better. Check in and check out experience we good. And it’s right off of 87 north so close by everything. Again, I will not be staying at budget hotels going forward as they are not my thing. However, I am from the region and go up quite often to visit family. If choices were limited I would pick here over any where else.

Very nice place to stay, rooms are clean, fully stocked. Bathrooms have body wash and shampoo inside shower and hand soap in pumps so you always have enough. Employees are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and places to shop. Right off the highway.

After leaving my original review, i was harassed by the manager of the property via email. He began using his personal email to harass me about the problems we had during our stay. The original review is also down below. Every morning we were woken up by someone vacuuming the hallways between 7-8. I would think it to be common sense to do that between 11-3 then the hotel is most empty but every morning someone was vacuuming and waking us up. We stayed for 3 nights, and after the second night they shut off the water and no one let us know. They let people checking in the night before know but they did not notify us of this happening so we had no way to shower before a business meeting. The AC unit in the fitness center also was broken as well and the one in our room kept shutting off randomly and displaying an error code. The wifi cut out twice a day and logged us out of all our devices. And the breakfast was not good. They didn't have anything warm and there were odd pastries that made me sick. I will not stay here again.

We needed a place to one night in the area and didn't need amenities. The bed and bathroom was fine, and that is all we used in the room. But there was someone lurking around the place and while we were making trips to our room, we found a wad of paper purposely left in the outside door to keep it ajar so someone could get in without a room key. This was reported to the desk, where we were assured that they have cameras. But we also noticed that same door did not fully shut on its own, so it created a security risk every time someone used it. We found it ajar a couple times during our stay. This was also reported to the manager. The only protein offered at breakfast was yogurt. Everything else was carbs - toast, cereal, toaster waffles, and bananas. Not even peanut butter, typically offered when toast or bananas are available. Finally, the "Sanitation Certificate" with an "Excellent" rating posted in the breakfast area was dated December 2021, not recent enough to represent their latest inspection. This made me suspicious that they did not receive an "Excellent" rating more recently. I asked the manager for a more recent inspection, and he produced the inspection report from January 2023. It was more comprehensive than just sanitation, had a few minor violations listed, and in summary had nothing major of note. I still wonder why there was no Sanitation Certificate with a rating of "Excellent" rating provided. For the money, this was not worth it to us, but I don't know how competitive the rates are in this area since we were just passing through.

i don’t know who is writing these good reviews. me and my friend both 19 & 20 years old, came here looking for a decently priced place to stay for 1 night after our concert. we are from an area 3 hours away, so completely far from our home. we got here and it was on a random dead end road off the main street, right next to a gas station & alongside a bunch of abandoned houses. the website glorifies this place, makes it look safe to stay in and prettier than it is when you get there. it looked extremely sketchy, and there were random men walking around with hoods on in and out of the hotel and would then disappear to up the block somewhere. suspicious people walking around the area, doing drugs, sitting down scattered around the hotel, very dangerous and unsafe. extremely unfriendly staff that did not care to help us or welcome us, the whole experience we went through in just the first half hour of arrival overall made us contemplate if we felt comfortable staying there. we came to a conclusion we did not. when we tried cancelling, they gave us an extremely hard time and told us it’s within their 24 hour cancellation policy and they can’t give us a refund. even after i told them i booked the place within a 24 hour period so regardless there was no room to cancel because we only booked it the day before… they did not care to work with us. very long story short we did not stay there, they did not give us a refund, and we had to find a last minute room to stay in that night, in a scary neighborhood where we knew nothing about how to get around. thank you for leaving 2 teenagers uncomfortable and scared to stay at a sketchy hotel!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & terrible staff. would give 0 stars to this place as a whole, it should be shut down and if you’re looking for your sign to not go here this is definitely the one.

Super clean, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and an excellent value for the money. I do not hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel. Staff was masked and breakfast was either standing up or taken in our rooms ... physical distancing was insisted upon, which made us feel safe.

The bathroom was not clean. I cleaned the shower with soap and face cloth before I used it. Toilet bowl rim was filthy. Bathroom wall was dirty. I even cleaned the dirty mirror s. I don’t care if the hotel is dated and old as long as it’s clean. I went to the front desk to request clean towels on the second day and was told they were full the previous night and only had emergency linen available. 2 bath towels. No hand towels or face cloths. So wash the linen from the previous day! This has got to a family run facility because the gentleman at the front desk has no customers service skills. And my husband had to clean the filters in the AC unit! I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. Absolutely filthy

The woman at the front desk was lovely but it went downhill quickly from there. The room was tiny...about 3 ft to either side of the bed. The bed was so soft that I sank down 6" which made me wonder how old the mattress really was! My back was killing me in the morning! But the worst were the dirty washcloths in the bathroom! And I mean really dirty as in stained and old! The fact that the towels didn't match is just an indication of how little the management really cares. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! I booked this hotel because I thought the Wyndham name reflected quality but I guess not.

In Albany, there are options (Delmonico, Grapa 72, amongst other) but we prefer dining in Saratoga Springs (especially Chianti but there are many good options)
