Hotel is conveniently located and well kept. Breakfast is very good. Andre Persaud is very helpful and accommodating. Very please with the over all accommodation at the Hyatt Pace in Long Island City.
Family of 5 who spent 3 nights in the hotel earlier this month. The hotel is well located with easy access to 2 subway stations which are a few stops from central Manhattan. The hotel was good value overall we felt. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel however is very poor. Extremely limited choice and what was provided often ran out with no staff around to refill. There was no enough seating for all hotel guests to comfortably have breakfast at peak times. Additionally all cutlery, plates, cups etc was single use plastic. Shameful for all big hotel chain to adopt such a horrific policy, what happened to cutting down on plastic use.
The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean and inviting. The bed and pillows are the best always get a good night sleep. The location is only two blocks from subway and one stop from the Manhattan.
Great and clean hotel with amazing staff Booked 1 night abd kept extending my stay Close to the City Great food within minutes from hotel Tacos across the hotel are amazing Pet friendly Parking is available but book it in advance
Hotel is clean, very conveniently priced, with easy access to subway (a couple blocks away. Front personnel is friendly, but info about parking is misleading. I was not able to reserve parking (was told it was first come first served) but then could not park on reserved spots. ...and then there is breakfast... Crowded, no taste at all on any of the very few items. Coffee was the worst I have ever had. And they advertise an inexistent restaurant.
My experience at this hotel was great! I often stay at Hilton brand hotels, but due to a cancelled flight I found the first/closest available hotel. The rooms were very clean, and large! A nice desk area to work, and the beds were very comfortable! I enjoyed this stay more than most of my stays at Hilton in the past! Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend
We spent a few days here while visiting New York with our kids over spring break. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly & helpful. Parking is very limited but we were able to get a space. Our room was very clean and a decent size for New York. While we were there breakfast changed from a prepacked take away box (bagel or fruit with a granola bar) to a cold breakfast buffet - bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and tea, coffee & juice. It was perfect for us. There is construction going on behind the hotel but we did not hear it. There are a number of subway station on different lines within walking distance and plenty of restaurants around. We would certainly stay again.
The location of the hotel is ideal, which was one of the few things that was positive. We had easy access to the subway lines to Manhattan and the airport. It was only a short walk to multiple subway lines. The breakfast offerings were very lacking and unappealing. They only offered take-away cold breakfast with choices between a bagel/fruit or yogurt/fruit. No hot breakfast options at all. No cereal. Coffee and hot water were only available during breakfast hours. Our room was right next to a construction site and we could hear construction noises during the day. We were woken up by construction noise. Room was small but expected for New York. The Hyatt app advertised linking to Chromecast but this did not work because the Chromecast was not set up properly. We informed the front desk AND called the support line, but they didn't get someone to fix it until the 3rd day of our stay. I could have set up the Chromecast but you needed password access to the network and they had to call in an "engineer" to set up the Chromecast. The support line was unable to troubleshoot over the phone and they had call the front desk to give them instructions. It was an okay stay but things could be improved at this location. At least the room and the property were very clean.…
Excellent location for getting around the city and you've got Gantry State Park + Trader Joe's nearby and the fabulous Tacombi across the street. My room was *so clean* and I slept well, loved being there for a long weekend, will definitely go back. Everyone on the staff was amazing, impeccable.
A flawless, quiet and comfortable stay just minutes from the Theater District without all of the BS? Yes, LIC is the place to be. Here, the room amenities are a slight dip from Hilton Garden inn. The service wins, though, and Vincent at the front desk gets a gold star. Breakfast is still takeaway— fresh bagels and yogurt and a banana. Big deal. Within blocks are exceptional eats -– coffee choices and full menu too. E train and 7 make Manhattan travel simple. And LIC is home to Gantry State Park, and a $24 taxi to LaGuardia. Just stay here unless you want to be in the city with the trash men, Jack hammers and car horn symphony. Note: construction is continuous but courteous and limited to daytime work hours, as LIC is a boomtown
