Currently staying here at the minute. So march 16th arrived, we were so excited for our first ever visit to NY. After travelling for almost 18hours all we wanted was a nice shower and a bed to relax on for a few before heading out to see the sights NY has to offer. Got to Hotel Vetiver. Receptionist left us...

I'm currently staying here. Overall the staff and the room are lovely. Beds are comfortable. However I really think the walls are made out of paper. Every single sound you can here. We arrived to the hotel after a long haul flight and almost been awake for two days. To be woken by loud people after 3 hours sleep. Called...

I have few complaints for this hotel. However, the staff were great people and helpful so I deiced to forget these complaints. Pros: Close to the metro station Affordable price Nice staff Cons: Walls are not sound proof. Beds are cheap. I'd recommend this hotel overall.

This is an, on balance, well-managed and comfortable independent hotel. Rooms have laminate floors, which means no disgusting carpet. Bathrooms are very clean with decent water pressure and constant hot water. Housekeeping is friendly, kind and pays good attention to detail in the rooms. Some rooms have a really nice view of upper or midtown Manhattan from pleasant balconies. WiFi...

First of all, the beds were not identical, one was high up with a low backboard, the other was lower with a high backboard, but was leaning to the side whenever we sat or tried to lay on it. The hotel is in the cut and the setup reminds me of an old apartment building. The floors are not carpeted,...

We stayed here for a long weekend. Hotel is a good find near Astoria. Our room had two double beds, and was large by NYC standards. Bathroom was nice size too, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is only a block away from the subway. Uber to the airport (LGA) from the hotel...

I recently booked and I had a horrible experience. The room I booked was no longer available and I was given a studio. This room was SO small; two people did not fit comfortably. The bed was on some kind of metal platform, and it made the most horrible rusted farm door sound whenever you move let along sit on...
