I was one of the victims of all the nightmare that happened in early April in New York with the cancellation of several flights and a totally disrespectful treatment of the airlines, especially Jet Blue. With my flight canceled at 11:40 p.m. on April 6th, I had to search for hotels to stay until all the situation was resolved. I...

I had a previous bad experience with this hotel and after working with the management staff, who we're very interested in correcting the situation, I decided to book here again for a short family vacation. Upon arrival, everything went fine, except that our room (king suite) was a handicap accessible room. Normally not a big deal, except that the room...

I must admit that I was not sure how well this facility would suit us and I was a bit unsure. However to our surprise we where greeted by friendly staff. Supervisor Tiffany was very hospitable and extremely helpful she provided all info in regards to the hotel. When we got to our room the room was very nice and...

I stay at this hotel for several days each month because it is in a good location for my office and close to the subway for city trips. The main reason I stay here is because the staff is always incredible at providing top notch service and are always helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

The staff - AMAZING!!!! Street Parking - EHHHH..... We did get one night, however Valet is cheap and convenient. The bar staff gave us a menu to the BEST PIZZA I have ever eaten. Breakfast was amazing! This was our first visit....We are from the country... The transit from this hotel was SOOOOO EASY!!!! FELT SAFE THE ENTIRE TRIP!!

We stayed here (1) because we were visiting a family member who lives in Astoria, and (2) because we were carrying on down south afterwards and had a car full of stuff. The Fairfield Queens worked perfectly for us, with a pleasant walk up Crescent Street to Astoria, and on-site parking for our car. We could even see our car...

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years, I guess I've become a regular! I arrived early Wednesday morning and Brandy who works the overnight shift greeted and told me she was expecting me. Since I was extremely tired this was music to my ears, she checked me in quickly and since a high floor...

Located in an odd part of town, mostly industrial, but next to major transit hub for easy access to all of NYC. Walking distance to subways, elevated trains, Astoria. Major construction going on in area so this hotel was built ahead of the new neighborhood curve. For now, it seems like an odd location but area is building up around...
